First sunny day here in Ann Arbor in about a week. Hopefully, it will bring out a ton of UM faithful.

Anywhere I could watch this online? I'm abroad in Europe.

Download StreamTorrent ...for st://..... links
Notes: from the link.
Announcements
Before you open StreamTorrent you MUST do one of the following:
Option 1: Change your computer date back 1 year to 2010. Now manually open Stream Torrent or click on a ST link. Once ST has loaded, you may change your date back to the current date. You must do this every time you completely close ST in your tasktray.
UPDATE! : A few posters have had to leave their date set to 2010. Try this if you have issues setting your date back today's date.
Option 2: Go here: http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/run_as_date.html Works instead of changing the date back and forth. You just have to untick the Move Time Forward option. Also the x64 version doesn't seem to work.

thanks for the info! how long does it take for the stream to start... it's said 'connecting' for a couple minutes now..?
January 30th, 2011 at 4:21 PM ^
Mine is running, but I have BTN so I really just fired it up to see if the stream worked. If it still isn't running, you might try restarting the program all over again.

I still think .500 in the Big Ten makes the tourney this year with our OOC resume (no bad losses and okay wins at Clemson and at home against Harvard and Oakland teams that are winning their respective leagues) and the strength of the conference. As such, these next five games are huge (and are whether or not we have a shot at the tourney). Other than at OSU, there are home games against Northwestern, Indiana, and Iowa along with a trip to Penn State. 4-1 seems doable (though perhaps not likely) and would put us back into the middle of the pack in the conference with a lot of momentum at 6-7 (basically one upset away from making the tourney). Lose a few of these games and we're looking down the barrel of no NIT bid.
Hopefully the fellas can start the ball rolling right now.

Looks like OSU women are going down again.
....
In basketball.

If Michigan plays like it can, I predict comfortable win by double digits. Iowa is terrible.
January 30th, 2011 at 4:08 PM ^
Looks like it's going to be another game where you wonder where the ball is if it's 2 inches outside the arc.
January 30th, 2011 at 4:09 PM ^
Good heavens. Can't they just zoom out a teensy bit?
January 30th, 2011 at 4:12 PM ^
This camera guy is horrible. How does he stil have a job?
January 30th, 2011 at 4:15 PM ^
Good so it's not just me screaming at the television. Come on camera man!
I can just imagine that story at the bar. "So I used to be a camera man for the big ten network but I got fired."
"what did you do?"
"zoomed in too close on basketball coverage so you couldn't see the damn ball."
"...."
January 30th, 2011 at 4:14 PM ^
For some reason i notice that camera being too close at Crisler a lot. Dont know how they dont notice it
January 30th, 2011 at 4:17 PM ^
I don't think I've heard analysis of why you don't want to have two fouls in the first half of a college basketball game in a while. Dear god.
January 30th, 2011 at 4:18 PM ^
I've never seen anybody throw the ball away more than Jordan Morgan. Happens, it seems, at least once a game.
January 30th, 2011 at 4:18 PM ^
I guess now that I think about it we really don't turn it over all that much.
That's pretty impressive for such a young team.
January 30th, 2011 at 4:20 PM ^
Nice movement!!!
January 30th, 2011 at 4:21 PM ^
I want one of the polos the coaches are wearing. Looks like a new version. The sleeves make it look like the winged helmet.
January 30th, 2011 at 4:22 PM ^
Who is this Wasabi guy?
January 30th, 2011 at 4:23 PM ^
OMG DARIOUS MORRIS WHY ARE YEW DRIBBLOIING THE BAWL AND THEN PASSING TO AN OPIEN TEAMMATE FOR AN EASY TREE PIOUNTER YOUR SO SELFISH AND A BAWLHAWG!!
January 30th, 2011 at 4:24 PM ^
That last fan shot was one of those times where I wish I still had a standard def television.
January 30th, 2011 at 4:24 PM ^
I swear I just seen PAT in the crowd. I never knew that he/she/it was a fan.
January 30th, 2011 at 4:26 PM ^
Bank shot, SICK!
January 30th, 2011 at 4:26 PM ^
The lack of an athleticism difference of us vs. iowa (I mean that we are normally overmatched in that department) is really apparent here.
January 30th, 2011 at 4:29 PM ^
Michigan is playing well, but this damn wasabi guy is keeping Iowa in it. Gotta stop this guy
January 30th, 2011 at 4:30 PM ^
Wasabi will be shut down.
January 30th, 2011 at 4:33 PM ^
Zack NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO-vaaaaak!
January 30th, 2011 at 4:33 PM ^
We really need to stop the ball better on defense. This is getting silly.
January 30th, 2011 at 4:35 PM ^
pretty pretty pretty passing
January 30th, 2011 at 4:35 PM ^
Silky smooth Timmy. I think that could stick.
January 30th, 2011 at 4:37 PM ^
I really, really think Tim is capable of making the leap in his sophomore year to be a great compelement to Morris.
January 30th, 2011 at 4:36 PM ^
Is he a really good defender?
January 30th, 2011 at 4:38 PM ^
I think our guys think they are better than they are, they have trouble with these bottom of the pile conference teams, but take osu and kansas down to the wire.
January 30th, 2011 at 4:38 PM ^
Are there any big guys were recruiting that have serious interest in Michigan? Evan is more of a outside big, and Blake is super raw.
January 30th, 2011 at 4:45 PM ^
Amir WIlliams (Detroit Country Day) was our best shot at a decent big in 2011. But he chose to go to the darkside(tOSU).
January 30th, 2011 at 4:39 PM ^
Can you believe Hardaway is only gonna get better?
January 30th, 2011 at 4:41 PM ^
Releasing that high with a soft touch and that spring/length is going to be deadly.
January 30th, 2011 at 4:41 PM ^
We need to get to the line, zero attempts so far
January 30th, 2011 at 4:42 PM ^
We're shooting out our minds and yet the game is even. Come on defense!
January 30th, 2011 at 4:44 PM ^
"I don't know if Darrius is as smart or he is...."
wtf does that mean Mr. Announcer?
January 30th, 2011 at 4:48 PM ^
I was thinking the exact same thing, then his voice became kind of awkward near the end of that statement

January 30th, 2011 at 4:46 PM ^
Well played half, but we need to open up a lead early in the next half.
January 30th, 2011 at 4:48 PM ^
Its nice to see the team starting to hit the three ball at a high percentage. 7-17 at 41% is outstanding. Maybe because Novak isnt guarding the big man as much anymore he has more energy to hit the three ball. Its nice seeing him turn it around, especially in Big Ten play
