May the record be broken with the game winner in Columbus!

And may said game winner be kicked early in the second quarter, and may Michigan add various and sundry touchdowns and field goals that are strictly unnecessary and yet highly enjoyable during the subsequent remainder of the game.

Or he just barely misses out on the FGs made record as Moody kicks off a lot and makes a ton of PATs after UM fixes the RZ O. He sets the % record though with a long game winner vs. IL or OSU.

We need him to go 10 for 10 in XP's in Columbus. 0-0 in FG's.

Go Jake Go!
His NIL structure with Mott is fantastic. And, others point out the "timing" of his career, as well as "7 more".
This is a challenging topic - since, it's so good to support every Michigan player and the team's success. The challenge really is - a FG means it's not a touchdown.
Maybe Jake can hit eight 50 yard field goals over the next two weeks - and, complement the TD's that the offense can score.
And, on a side note - it's not that I don't "like" Brad Robbins. As I've mentioned before, I support every Michigan student athlete in every sport. But, it's even more fun when Brad doesn't have to "play" in a given game. It's great that he practices and warms up with the team. It's fun to watch him on the field in the pre-game, and half-time, warm ups. But, if he doesn't see game action - really, it's very nice.
Go Blue!

Brad Robbins is also the holder, which has proven to be a vastly more important role for the team this year than his role as punter. ROBBINS FOR HOLDER OF THE YEAR!

I like how the quarterback record section starts out with most passing attempts in a game...just to make sure Tom's Brady's picture is featured.

And ten more will put him in first place for the single-season record.

A record I hope he doesn’t break. Need TD going forward

Who is Michigan’s all time leading scorer? It’s often a kicker so I wonder if he’s close
October 31st, 2022 at 3:27 PM ^
1. Garrett Rivas 354 2003-06
2. Anthony Thomas 336 1997-00
3. Tyrone Wheatley 324 1991-94
4. Mike Gillette 307 1985-88
5. Jake Moody 297 2018-22

Henne and Denard both have 90 career TDs. That’s 540 points each, so I believe they are the leaders. However, I don’t know if QBs count. Moody had 125 points last year, so it would take four years of Groza Award-level kicking to even come close to that total.

TD passes don't count for a QB. Only the player that actually scores gets the points.

Seriously, has there ever been a more clutch kicker than Moody?

Remy Hamilton made some big ones. But I’m pretty sure Moody’s the most accurate we’ve ever had.

Bergeron was a good one. Good for Moody!
