2nd straight year they lose their returning leading receiver and All-B1G caliber guy on the player's first play of the season. Last year it was Simmie Cobbs.

were a big factor in Alamama's win, IMO. And it's one phase typically a team like Indiana needs to win if they're going to beat a superior team like OSU. Got to give yourself a chance.

No offense to Harris but is there much dropoff when Scarborough is in the game? Most think Scarborough is better. Indiana doesn't have that kind of depth.

I didn't say "starters". I said Westbrook, specifically. What does a very tall, pretty thin WR bring into kick return coverage? I could absolutely see him rushing the kicker or punter.

There are bigger swings of yardage on kicks and punts than on the typical play from scrimmage.

Because when you're on Indiana you need to show versatility to make it to the NFL. Playing on special teams increases your value.

Don't know much about Westbrook, but Cobbs looked like a future all pro in the game last week. He's gonna be a handful for our young secondary.

Once Indiana took the 21-20 lead, Cobbs had one catch. Unless IU develops a running game or a serious QB threat, there's nothing to worry about.

Seems like a pretty significant number of season ending injuries this week. Hopefully we escaped unscathed... Not that Harbaugh is very public about injuries, but hopefully no news is good news.

After watching the OSU-Indiana game I decided that I was going to take Indiana against Michigan. Last year a $10 insurance bet I placed on Iowa paid $250. I have a bad feeling about playing an away game at Indiana the week before Penn State.
