Kid is interested in music production, so Vandy was in the mix. However, prognosticators' tea leaves generally read FSU or SC (despite both teams changing D-coordinators). Had M with Vandy and SC in his top three for a long spell.

That's an interesting tidbit...I hope that is good news for us. Though, the cynic in me thinks that Sam Webb is just being cruel haha...probably toying with michigan fans to increase website traffic.

AFAIK, Sam Webb has never purposely mislead us to increase website traffic. I can't say the same for those that work with him at Scout.

for ANY reason, because they want to see a high school kid's announcement that most likely won't be Michigan? I mean, watching it on tv on a weekend or something is fine, but getting bummed over missing it....priorities.

Assuming McQuay is, in fact, out of the picture where does this leave us with Woodson’s nephew (forget the name) in Florida? I remember seeing that he was very interested and likely could be offered pending McQuay’s decision? Is that still a possibility or did Delano Hill eliminate that scenario?

His name is James Crawford. Rivals and Espn have him listed at a 2 star, his best offers are from Boise State, Northwestern, and Houston. I'm thinking if we have a couple spots left maybe we take a chance on him but probably not.
