Cole Cobana 10.55 s 100m
Can’t teach speed
E=mc(squared)… consider yourself taught
It's all relative.
That’s the theory.
Speed, or velocity, is dX/dT, where X is position and T is time.
That’s how you teach speed.

That is Fred Jackson FAST!
Like Fred Jackson but more Fred Jacksoner
As of May 13th that is the 3rd fastest 100 meter time in Michigan. I couldn’t get the full list but there are four 100 meter times nationally that are 10.1 to 10.3.
At the Cole, Cole cabana,

If legal, it would equate to a 4.38 40. 10.55 is coincidentally what Xavier Worthy ran as well.
Unfortunately I am thinking it was not wind legal. The top 6 runners all hit PRs in that race which sets off my BS meter.
Xavier Worthy sets off my BS meter. That was some Bullshit
....and he had a bad freshman....wait, never mind.
I hope he enjoyed those five wins and holidays with the family.
Wasn't his fault though
Wasn't his fault though
I prefer to think that the other runners got sucked up into Cole’s vortex and that’s why they all ran so fast.
It was incredibly windy at regionals today
For reference, what was Denards fastest high school 100m time ?
If I'm not mistaken, Denard was also a 10.5x-type 100m runner.
10.56
Not really indicative of his speed as he was much faster when running from a LB
He left his shoes untied to try make it fair.
Denard understood quantum mechanics... he could be in multiple places simultaneously.
No Derice Bannock, but we'll take it
Nice. Typically a 10.6 range means you are going to compete for state champ.
Not remotely wind legal. Saline's track has the 100m dash running south to north, wind was STRONG out of the south yesterday. I was at a regional site that had the 100m running into the wind and it was brutal, virtually no fast times in the sprints.
