Really smart guy. Not the typical athletic meat head dipshit. The dude was cool and collected. Obviously was not happy about the game but a damn nice, eloquent guy.

Not surprised Joe is taking on more responsibility. Great for their family!

I would add Bolden to the list of guys that I thought should have red-shirted under Hoke.  He saw the field as a true freshman, but nothing really impactful.  I guess that they were a little short at LB (but had Ryan, Demens, Morgan.....).

I would have thought that at least SOMEBODY out of the Bolden, Ross, Stone class should have red-shirted.....they are all seniors now.  Time flies!

He has a very high work ethic and a very high understanding of the game. There are reasons the coaches seem to prop him up. He really strives to learn about the ins and outs of the game, sometimes to the detriment of his play as he starts over-thinking things. But he learned a lot from Ryan (also a film room nut), and I expect it to fully click this year. He has all the athletic ability and size and has flashed great plays, now it's about bringing it every play. He has the potential.

Sounds like Joe Bolden's dad is cut from the Harbaugh cloth: "They are the ones responsible for Bolden’s no-nonsense approach to the game. Dan explained to a 4-year-old Joe that Boldens aren’t showboats after the toddler tried to call his shot during a backyard baseball game."
