LBs were a more exciting part of the defense in 2017 and 2018. What happened to that position this season? I don't see how he will be missed.

Now Chris Partridge, he will be missed!! Both in what he did with LBs/safties and in special teams!

Yes! McGrone was my favorite ever recruit out of high school. And he had a great year. But he was a great player waiting to happen. Did you see his high school highlights? And, did he have a 8 TFL game this year like Khaleke Hudson had when he was coached by Chris Partridge?

I see your comments are mostly trolling people. You are a lot like a couple of other commenters here. Or are you all the same person? Funny how you suddenly have shown up after 2 weeks, and troll again. I think you have several accounts.

And are you replying to yourself here?

I know people want to believe Partridge is a bigger loss but I honestly don’t think so. Campanile would have made a big impact this upcoming season I believe. I wonder if this opens up a spot for Clinkscale again because he would be a guy up there close to Campanile and Partridge at least in terms of recruiting.

That tweet makes no sense ... he received multiple offers for P5 DC positions and turned them all down to be some random assistant at the perennial losing Dolphins?  That tweet makes no sense and is HIGHLY suspect.

Which is true (BC and Rutgers).

It's funny to me, but par for the course at this place, that many think schools on the level of Clemson, Georgia, and Alabama were after him. They must be assuming that because Alabama was after Partridge for years, schools of that level were also after Campanile.

So there is a large "our recruiting sucks" crowd on here. I wonder how many are also in the "we just lost our best recruiters" trolling hawt take boat?

If "our recruiting sucks", then maybe a little turnover could lead to improvements.

At the very least, he isn't moving to a place where he is recruiting against us.

I get that it's the NFL and everything but he's gonna be jobless less than 12 months from now when Brian Flores is fired after another season of 10+ losses.

EDIT: As correctly pointed out below Miami was actually much better than I thought they were. Mea culpa.

It does seem like we have a hell of a time keeping anybody here. Transfers and assistant coaches. Just this week we lost Dwumfour and Campanile. Dwumfour would have been on the two deep even if he was banged up. I dont know if Harbaugh is just a hard guy to get along with or what. These replacement hires cant be Tank Wright if we are trying to get better.

That's right-Michigan can't cheat-offer online classes-and every football player comes to AA and enrolls in the Pre-Med program. Therefore, the assistant coaches are leaving. Don Brown-Could you be next?
