MSU is probably making the tournament. Wisconsin is probably going to be a 2 seed (hopefully bumped to 3 after we beat them). My point is that Iowa is a tough place to play despite what their record indicates. I don't understand how you can't judge Belein's coaching ability. This team alone was 1-6 in the Big Ten and now are 7-8 with an outside shot at the NCAA tourney. A team that has zero seniors and was picked by many to be last in the conference this year. Yet here they are at 17-11 overall and a few buckets away from having some real signature wins this year.

Yes, last year was a let down. It happens. I don't get why people still like to hate on Beilein. He's a darn good basketball coach and we're starting to see the beginning of his vision for Michigan basketball come together.

Few predicted we'd even get an NIT bid.  I think this win locks that up.  Now we're gunning for the bubble of the big dance.  With our lineup?   Yeah, I'll take that.  This team is great.  They never quit.  The keep giving 100% all the time, even if that 100% is not so good on some days, it's still 100%.  The fact that they are playing so much better now than we thought is a testament to the coach.  We have a young, fun team with an upside so high we can't see the top...

The ugliest box score ive seen in a long time.

Hardaway/morgan/morris:  23/33 shooting for 68 points

Douglass/novak/akunne/mclimans/smotrycz: 2/19 shooting for 5 points, 2 points for novak from free throws

This may be one of those games we'll point to at the end of the season as a really key win.  Major props to Morgan for draining two pressure-packed FTs.

By MfaninOH if he didn't only show up when we were down 10, and then stuck around when we win. Find some nards with the trolling.

BIG win! Now back to Crisler on Wednesday to play the biggest and most important game of the year. This is our LAST chance to get that statement win which we desperately need to build up our resume. If you are in AA this week COME TO THIS GAME! After two back-to-back road games im sure the team is going to play with passion when they come home to face the #10 team in the nation. Also, the Crisler rims might be nice on Novak..

How about the adjustments on the press break from the Indiana game?  Getting that ball to Hardaway in the middle of the floor at the end of overtime was super tactical coaching by Beilein.

the Beilein bashing gets old.  Yeah, I'd love to know why he allows the other team to roll the ball to half court before picking it up and doesn't send someone to rush that ball and make them play it.  But I have no doubt he has his reasons and that the reasons are sound.  He's coached basketball a lot longer than I have so I'll defer to him.  His teams improve through the season.  They play better at the end than at the beginning.  That shows great coaching.  He's recruiting better and better players.  The upside on this team is sky high.  I look forward to complaining about our final four losses in the future.

The team is trying really hard and has exceeded all expectations. I am looking forward to Wisconsin despite the recent history of being 0-9 against them. Perfect time to break the streak and further increase Tourney chances.

YES!  This win may not do a ton, but a loss would have been deadly.  Thank you Tim, Darius, and Jordan!

Zack....shake it off.  Between the 0-10 from the field and all 5 bad foul calls, it's a night to forget.  But hitting both free throws was a big deal.
