I long for the day when we have over 500 yards rushing and still lose the Time of Possession battle by 10 minutes because the offense scores so quickly that we put up nearly 70 points. Bring it home this year RichRod.

Can we win some turnover battles this year? UConn was -2 in that game. We all know that is the difference between at least 2 of our losses last year being wins.

If he can throw it AT ALL this whole thing could be really pretty.
Also, I'm looking forward to the play where he has handed off to the RB 3 or 4 times in a row, then sees the hole, keeps it, and jets up the middle for 60 yards.
Can you imagine what that hole that Tate ran through against ND would look like with DR in it?

It would have ended the same way. Unless, DR was so fast that the refs allowed him to score twice.

Difference? The extra point would have been airborne right around the same time Tate put the ball in one hand and lifted his arms with about 10 yards to go.

I spit water all over my keyboard after seeing the final score for the UConn game. and then i felt bad because I couldn't explain to our asian lab worker what was so funny :(
