The magic of October 21

Come on. By now we know how such games go:
- Night game
- Beaver stadium
- White Out
- Rickety, mistake prone UM QB
- Rickety, mistake prone UM OL
- AWOL UM Receivers
- Turnovers (fumbles and INTs)
- Great UM defensive play but on the field too long, and constantly on the ropes in shitty field position.
- Saquon Barkely & Heisman Hype
- Awful Announcing
I would have felt differently if Michigan had taken care of business against MSU and Indiana.
Michigan's defense is way underrated because its offense simply doesn't move the ball and score.

The only thing you left out is shitty officiating, which will probably be the difference in the game.

I was at that 2000 game versus Michigan State - Bobby Williams' first year at MSU. Those were some interesting days if you didn't cheer for Michigan State. OK, maybe if you did too, but I am sure for completely different reasons.

Here is the link for MD parking:
https://my.parkingsoft.com/umd
Michigan Alumni Tailgate will be in lot C1 before the game. There was still some parking left in lot L which is close to C1. C1 is sold out.
Get moving, parking in good spots is selling out.

The 1922 Ohio State win was the Ohio Stadium dedication game and the reason that the Shoe has maize and blue flowers.
One of the quirks of Ohio Stadium are maize and blue flowers, a tribute to Michigan's 19-0 win in the stadium's dedication game on this day in 1922. Michigan was led that day by Harry Kipke and Paul G. Goebel, who has one heck of a life story (did you know he, and not AC, was the original #1 jersey clad receiver?)
AND
That Wisconsin win in 1978 was Win #600.
And about that 85-0 win:
Before a mere 5,135 at Stagg Field in Chicago, Michigan and Chicago play their final Big Ten game before Chicago would abolish its football program at the end of the 1939 season. Led by Tom Harmon, the Wolverines would crush the Maroons 85-0. Chicago would finish with a 7-19 record overall against Michigan.

Those maize and blue flowers are still there, well maintained. I saw them last year, big as you please.
I'm surprised they kept them.

A Michigan - Indiana game with a 20-27 score.
Heh.
Suck it, 1967 Indiana.

Michigan M.A. fans are a bunch of whiney idiots. I think that 40-6 trouncing will shut them up.

What's Michigan's record on the 21st of October, at Penn State, in whiteout conditions, when there's a Tyler Perry movie coming out, when the #1 recruit for the 2020 high school senior year will be in attendance, and finally when College Gameday is in town?
