Beilein is a better in game coach than Izzo. By far. We may lose to Kansas should we play them, but it wont look anything like this. Kansas is doing anything they want out there and MSU has no say in the flow of the game.
That never happens at Michigan.
We're getting Purdue anyway. Swanigan is going to destroy Kansas' front line.
Of the potential teams on our road to the final 4 I love our chances against any but Kansas.
You make it sound like beating MSU is some incredible feat. This is a 14-loss MSU team, which we beat by 29 points.
I've accepted that Kansas is going to win. I am, however, encouraged by how sloppy KU looks and how they are a poor FT shooting team (not so much this game, but in general). I think we can play with them.
Don't let Kansas run in the elite 8.
Don't turn the ball over, don't take stupid shots and you can beat Kansas. Things we're pretty good at.

We'd be fine against Kansas.
Mixed feelings. Purdue isn't quite as talented as KU but they're also very familiar with us. I guess I'd still prefer them because it would make Kansas City a more neutral location.
Regardless, I hope we're in a position to care about that game Thursday night.

I'm not sure they could have handled Sparty without those bad calls that put Ward on the bench. Kansas scored almost every possession after that and got almost every rebound. Kansas doesn't play smart and Jackson is the only scary player. Beating Purdue a third time would be harder.

MSU's final football/basketball record: 23-24.
Michigan: 36-14.
maybe they beat Kansas 3-9 times out of 100.
OSU: 28-17
ND: 30-18
Well at least State beat PSU this year.
