This is Michigan's best linebacker haul in a long time. It's been too long since we've had consistent, good linebacker player from year to year.

Honestly what does it say that this kid blew out his ACL and only played one game his senior season and is still ranked top 60ish? Alabama still wanted him and he was injured. I am comfortable saying that he is probably a top 30 talent for this class that got slightly overlooked due to his injury.

Anthony, Ross and Singleton are significant upgrades in speed/athletic ability and if they pick up Gay it is really giong to make a difference in the play from the LB corps the next few years.

That was one area that has always felt lacking in the ability to get to the corner and causing gaps in coverage and liabilities with athletic QBs in space.

The LBs outperformed expectations this year, and I think that given a few years in the system these recruits could really stand out in Brown's system.
