So are we to assume he is not committed to UM?

I actually think he's headed to MSU. Unless Onwenu is pulling a Will Campbell, I think he has flipped to MSU.

Recently, Onwenu took "Michigan commit" off his Twitter bio. I wasn't worried, but now I absolutely am.

No one serious thinks this is happening. The only people hoping its true are the ones who fell flat on their faces with the Swenson thing and want there to be fallout from that so they don't look stupid.

Even if he flips, the 3 OL's coming are good players that I'm sure will become much improved under Harbaugh just like this years players.  3-star or 4-star don't mean a helluva lot when these guys go into the sub.

I don't know why people panic about which colleges teenagers choose to attend. If Mike Onwenu chooses to play football elsewhere that's ok, we will all live. Now if Mike Onwenu chooses to sit on you, that's when you should begin to panic. Regardless, Wednesday will be here soon and it will be a happy hump day indeed!

Coach Harbaugh has to have a very good idea that NSD is going to be very positive for Michigan. Would he have invited as many celebrities as he has to attend Signing of the Stars if he had any doubts that things could turn sour in the last few days.

JH should abandon ship and make Detroit recruits seek UM out/not waste time if he flips. Go recruit Ohio more heavily. The players are better there and they don't want to play for MSU in front of 65,000 fans.

Just IMO Detroit HS coaches have it out for UM.

Maybe Big Mike isn't crazy about the whole Signing with the Stars thing. Maybe he just wants to have his own announcement. I could relate to that. Not everyone is into the hype that will be Wednesday.

There definitely is some negative recruiting against Michigan and Detroit coaches with a vendetta against Michigan though not Wilcher. The more Harbaugh wins, the more we'll take back the city.

Earlier today a HS teammate, Ostell Martin, hit him up on Twitter to "discuss business". Around that time, he changed his Twitter Bio. Now, tonight, it's released that Martin and Onewu will announce where they are headed tomorrow night at the same time. Martin doesn't appear to have any major offers. It looks to me like her dropped the "UM" stuff from his Bio to create a little suspense when he announces tomorrow night with his less-heralded HS teammate. I think we're ok.
