Anyone else tear up? Yeah, I didn't either...Fleck is a big time coach. He's going to be at one of those big time jobs in the near future. Great, great coach.

I love these moments.  They never get old.

What's the "row the boat" thing?  Is that their little motivational gimmick for the year, like how Carr used the mountain-climbing analogy in '97?

Had enough reason to root for Western this season (they open against MSU at home), but this cements them as my 2nd favorite university in Michigan.

He's in his sophmore season this year. Back in HS when he chose WMU he just kept saying how much he loved Fleck and his staff and how they seemed different than the other schools.

I've followed WMU closely because of him and I can't get over all the cool stories about Fleck I've read the last couple of years. I think he still might be the youngest head coach in CFB.

Is what sport should be about, making old men who are fans of the game tear up. That's about it. Oh yeah, and putting out everything you got and then some as a competitor, with the recognition due finally coming your way. Good luck kid, you earned and learned something never to be forgotten.
