Coach Harbaugh believes he can coach people up. I kinda agree that once your passed the top 15-25 kids, the next 250+ each have the ability to play at the next level with the right attitude and coaching.

Besides, it is not a school that sucks to have a great relationship with.

I am looking at my head coach and asking.. "why the hell didn't you think to use camps to recruit?"  Assuming schools have the money, and lets face it, most do... this seems like a no brainer.  Even if it does ruffle a feather or two...

awesome! alabama is one of the top states in per capita NFL producers. if the staff got that close of a look and loved him then we probably got one heck of a player.

a 2-star player from Alabama no one heard of before today committed to Michigan almost 20 minutes ago and there's STILL no HELLO post....!  Ace must be asleep at the wheel.

Isn't this the purpose of these camps? Finding kids like this who may not have exposure due to location or circumstance? I love how an under the radar kid just changed the course of his life by showing up and performing. That's what it's all about.

for him.

It sounds like we were looking at him before this based on the Prattville Pipeline but this camp gave him a chance to stand out and prove himself.

Welcome to Michigan!

Could be trying to establish a good relationship with their coach down there. If you gamble on someone that doesn't work out you still get a better chance at any future recruits they have by taking Davis Washington and Johnson now.
