Meta: MGoBlog Glossary of Terms and Memes
I broke it out from the FAQ and added a bunch more recent bits. It is now available in the header under "About" or here:

Let me know if I've left anything out. Remember the point is to help integrate new readers into the community, not to create an exhaustive list of all the things people talk about on the boards.
Fuck \ˈfək\- a term used in open threads.
Needs moar JMFJ.
We are missing "Harbaughed"... or "Harbaugh" ... or "Harbaugh!" Did I mention Harbaugh?

I don't think I've ever actually asked him, but I believe the first usage it got on the board was PGB running with a typo.
Obviously the Tyson quote predates the site, though.
Game blouses seems to be missing.
"Self-immolation in the service of pursuing a widely ridiculed point of view"
May their self-sacrifices never be forgotten.
I thought it was Brain Cook.
It would be interesting to see. What tends to happen is they show up in droves before the season/after a coaching change, most leave once the novelty wears off, and a couple provide real insights. One thing I do notice is that the expectations for discourse around here are a clear step above the Yahoo/MLive comment sections standard, and lots of the new users are shocked when "Gardner sucks! He don't have no heart" gets negged to oblivion.
I'd imagine that if Brian and co. did a query on his user table of people whose posting history lasted less than 3 months, he'd probably have about 2/3 of the entire MGoBlog community.
Is "HIJACK" a term in this glossary? (Sorry to not just read it myself.)
In a picture of one of today's visitor I noticed something on the home jersey that I think a few of us will be happy about. One less block "M" on the uniform.
Between that spot and the helmet bumper. It was too much. I'm a pants only kind of guy.
is always refered to as "the wife"
Sometimes the wife is referred to as "the avatar".
You need to add "harbaugh" in its myriad usage. Noun, verb, adjective, adverb forms and visual connotations. Cross reference "khaki" and "guarantee a win" inter alia. HARBAUGH.
I remember GoWings2008 created a thread about the usage of IBD a few months ago. It turned into a classic and entertaining Mgoblog thread.
It was pretty good.

Henri the Otter of Ennui is a family favorite here (though it is depressing).

I'd add STAEE, partly because I think it's unclear to a lot of people and partly because I love that shit.
Actually, though, I'd like to propose an amendment to STAEE/Staee. I think it should be "StAEE." One of the special things about that photo is that the "t" is inexplicably not capitalized.
We must never forget.
