So if I understand correctly, he is a highly competitive guy who found success quickly at a place that traditionally has not been a powerhouse, but he ruffled a few feathers along the way. This sounds like a Harbaugh guy, yes? I would say that Harbaugh himself is not making a lot of coaching friends by trying to poach recruits committed to schools from sea to sea. This is not about trying to win a popularity contest, it is about trying to dominate your opponents. Now if he cheated, that is another story, but I haven't heard anything along those lines.

I'm all for it. We need a guy that can out-douche Meyer.

I would venture to guess that he understands the landscape of athletes in NJ. This would be diminishing return over time, but
for the next few years he could be useful.

It has to be an administrative role. All the coaching positions are full.
