Dayton-Syracuse and Oregon-Wisconsin are currently playing.  Dayton led Syracuse 20-18 at the half in this one.

MSU has a lot of talent but are weak minded - they will win this but a close game against a team that can match them physically will be their doom.

A lot of teams.  Neither Harvard or Delaware are within 2 iterations of MSU athleticism.  Illinois was, Ohio State was, VA Villanova Iowa State NC - all those will.  IOwa State would beat them but they lose their 3rd leading scorer so probably not now.  I am not saying those teams will or will not beat MSU.  I am saying if its a close game at the end with a team that can physically match MSU they will lose.  If they have a 8 pt lead with 40 seconds to go vs any of those teams MSU will win.  If its a 2-4 pt type game this is not a mentally strong team

I picked that as well. But not because they can match them physically. I think virginia will play a better all around team game and have fewer empty possessions. If Dawson and Payne get to 60 again, that's not good tho.

MSU getting some 1-seed calls for the last full minute. Wonder what every ESPN analyst is doing with State's Sweet 16 game in their round-by-round picks, though.

Cmon? Calls were missed on both sides. Wasn't obviously favoring them. I wasn't rooting for them, but acting like the refs gifted them down the stretch in not true. Harvard didn't have enough

According to the half dozen threads complaining about the officiating at RCMB, you're wrong.  Then again, I don't think there's a game that goes by, win or lose, that Sparties don't create multiple threads whinging on and on about the officiating.

when Harvard took the lead for a moment. Almost took away the National Championship that their fans and the media had already rewarded them. Fuck Sparty.

Of all the teams that have played 2 games, UM has been the least in danger at any moment.  Maybe UF but that's the #1 overall and had some iffy moments versus Albany.

This is a completely uninteresting match-up to me for some reason. I had some kind of rooting interest or something for every other game today but just can't get myself interested in this one
