More important for older people to vote than younger people.  Younger people have their heads firmly entrenched up their asses relative to older people.

My two children are students at Michigan - and, they voted earlier today.  It seems like they may have beaten the rush - and,  I hope, didn't miss any of their classes.

Like others, the importance of voting can't be overemphasized.  Sorry about the lines it causes, but it's the right thing to do.

Yay people voting.

Boo putting an obstacle in the way of voting (long lines).

We haven't had physical polling places in Washington state for many years. 100% mail-in/drop-off. Many readily accessible ballot boxes. Back before the state allowed permanent absentee (a step they took before 100 mail-in), I rarely voted because I had to drive 40 minutes each way from work to stand in line for hours. That serves no one except those who benefit from repressing the will of the people.

Oh, and voter fraud here functionally zero.

While I have a political preference, my desire to see everyone exercise their right and duty of voting in our democracy overrides that.
