Look at the number of players that filtered through the organization in the past year and you will see.
He brings in a ton of talent and has an eye on what works for what he wants to accomplish.

Absolutely unbelievable. Enjoy Brady while we've got him. Once he retires, whenever that may be, it will be a long, long time before we ever see this kind of dominance again. All time greats like Brees and Rodgers are likely going to retire with just one ring to their name. Peyton only got two. Brady has six.
If I were Brady, at this point I'd probably retire. You've got more Super Bowl rings than any player, living or dead. There's literally nothing else to prove. But I'm not Brady. I know with him, retiring is just not an option until Father Time says it is. I think he still goes out every year with the intent on proving to all other 31 teams that they made the biggest mistake in the history of their franchises by passing on him. That still fuels him almost 20 years later.
He's going to keep playing until his body physically won't allow him to do so anymore.

He wants to have more rings than Jordan. And he’ll get there too. If I had to guess he’ll play until 45, making one more super bowl and winning it.
Ride off into the sunset with 10 total super bowl appearances and 7 rings. The best that ever lived (which I know he already is, but still).

I'm guessing he plays until either his next major injury or he has a really terrible season where he starts playing like Peyton did at the end of his career and it is obvious that he is done.
