I don't mind nice competitive games. It's good for them to feel a little tension, a little pressure. This is an entertaining game. We're fully in control of it, but it's not a blowout. Plus, it gives coach a lot to work on during practice.

Such an ugly game. Why Illinois doesn't just jack random shots is beyond me. The only ones they make are random heaves at the bucket, when they actually try to run offense they look horrific.

He makes a few. He was open, have to shoot that shot. He has made some this year. Good look. Missing some open 3’s. That happens more on road usually, thus why it’s harder to win on road.

Taking an open 3 is fine. Much better than th fadeaway midrange bricks he's put up.

This coach is something else. Just looked it up, he spent 7 seasons as an assistant at Kansas St and South Carolina under Frank Martin... explains a lot

Nobody is shooting well tonight. Sometimes the rims and the views behind the basket are too tough of an adjustment to make in a 2-hour shoot around.
