Penn State - already 541 yards total offense. 8.7 yards per carry.
Hardy Nickerson is Illinois' defensive coordinator.

Does anyone find it crazy that with all the technology available they still haven't put cameras on the pylons that can capture something like this.
September 22nd, 2018 at 12:20 AM ^
No kidding, they could put HD cameras on the goal posts as well to capture stable shots all the way down the line. There's too much money being made in college football not to have as many cameras as possible.

The ref closest to the play in the usc game was about to call it a TD
September 22nd, 2018 at 12:21 AM ^
Oaks Christian is up 70-0 in the middle of the third quarter. What a massacre. Anybody know how many of those points Charbonnet collected?
September 22nd, 2018 at 12:24 AM ^
Ricky Slade looks good for PSU. I'm pissed about that. Can Charbonett start for Michigan tomorrow?
Explosive RB makes a difference. They rode barkley to B1G championship. Infuriating.
September 22nd, 2018 at 12:28 AM ^
PSU looks like OSU last week. Garbage for most of the game, and then realized they just have better athletes than their opponents. Then the other team freaks out about a couple of big plays and makes it worse with unforced errors while pressing too hard to make a play.
September 22nd, 2018 at 12:30 AM ^
Want to beat PSU bad because if we don't that ass Franklin will run up the score as much as he can.
September 22nd, 2018 at 12:33 AM ^
Their offense hasn't missed a beat. Goodness. Hopefully we are firing on all cylinders. M needs to shut up that taunting ass bat swinging Mcsorely for good.

Mater Dei 6, IMG Academy 7 - 3rd Quarter
September 22nd, 2018 at 12:34 AM ^
Jalen Hall could face life in prison. What a waste of god given talent.
I remember when Hawkins in LA was loaded with talent and some of them visited Michigan over the summer.
September 22nd, 2018 at 12:39 AM ^
I hope Michigan copies Wazzu when it comes to slants.
I also hope Michigans defense never has to play against Wazzu due to said slants.
September 22nd, 2018 at 12:40 AM ^
Wow. Wazzou up 30-17. Leach is calling some good plays.
September 22nd, 2018 at 12:41 AM ^
Man that DB got truck sticked!
September 22nd, 2018 at 12:44 AM ^
I really wanted him in the 2018 class.
September 22nd, 2018 at 12:47 AM ^
Was he being recruited by M? Hearing his name didn't ring any bells.
Or were you talking about the DB that got trucked?
September 22nd, 2018 at 12:50 AM ^
I think that DB that got trucked is Hufanga. He was the ATH that visited late in the season from Oregon.
September 22nd, 2018 at 12:53 AM ^
Oh I gotcha, that makes way more sense. No clue why I assumed it was the dude trucking him. Probably because I was still enjoying the fresh image of a USC player getting trucked.
September 22nd, 2018 at 12:46 AM ^
Pac 12, defense is always optional.
September 22nd, 2018 at 12:51 AM ^
If WSU had any kind of defense this game would be over.
September 22nd, 2018 at 12:47 AM ^
Stream of Mater Dei vs IMG game if anyone is interested.
Warning: Looks like it is just someone streaming from his phone.
September 22nd, 2018 at 12:59 AM ^
SC is keeping it close only because they have better athletes than Wazzu. If Leach had half a defense, he'd be winning this game 38-10 right now.
September 22nd, 2018 at 1:03 AM ^
Jalen Hall. Dumass.
Get the hell away from the shitty place you grew up in, or you might end up like Jalen Hall.
W.T.F??
September 22nd, 2018 at 1:10 AM ^
That guy is gone. Clear targeting on a late hit.
September 22nd, 2018 at 1:14 AM ^
Targeting is the most inconsistently called penalty in football. WTF
September 22nd, 2018 at 1:14 AM ^
Lol. I have no idea what targeting is now.
September 22nd, 2018 at 1:25 AM ^
Wow. That was a great play by Minshew.
September 22nd, 2018 at 1:27 AM ^
I think I found the next Vicious Vic Varamontes. There’s a sophomore playing RB for South Hills High (West Covina) who destroyed Mira Costa tonight. Kid’s name is Bubba Munoz.
September 22nd, 2018 at 1:28 AM ^
I remember when know-it-all MGoBloggers here thought McSorley was only good for arm punting (as they liked to say)
My how times have changed...
That said, I want to see us smash Penn State this year.
We'll be coming off a Bye week.
It'll be a primetime night game at home.
We need to absolutely win that game.
September 22nd, 2018 at 1:32 AM ^
I think we win that game if Shea is healthy. They made the Illinois run game look pretty good tonight.
September 22nd, 2018 at 8:20 AM ^
Those same wise sages also predicted that Penn State's offense would take a nosedive this year without their OC. Not so much, it looks like.
September 22nd, 2018 at 1:48 AM ^
These jokers in the booth were losing it over Leach almost going for it on 4th and 2
September 22nd, 2018 at 1:56 AM ^
This is starting to feel like an OT game
September 22nd, 2018 at 1:59 AM ^
jay Tufele with a huge play.
September 22nd, 2018 at 1:59 AM ^
Welp...
September 22nd, 2018 at 2:01 AM ^
interesting to see these players that Michigan recruited making plays.
September 22nd, 2018 at 2:01 AM ^
Of course the lineman fell down
September 22nd, 2018 at 2:08 AM ^
Why can't we have this luck?! OSU trying to tie the game in the 4th, OT falls down, we block a kick to ice the game... will NEVER happen XD
September 22nd, 2018 at 8:25 AM ^
Those things will never happen as long as we keep blaming and depending on "luck". 99.9% of what most people call "luck" in college football is still just talent, coaching, execution and playmaking. The team with more of those wins the game pretty much all the time.
September 22nd, 2018 at 9:07 AM ^
True.
Another way to look at it though is that we have the same amount of “luck” overall. We just end up having to use it for less impressive wins to win games we SHOULD win anyway in football, or alternatively, we get some luck in other sports (Poole Party) and this it's spread out more.
September 22nd, 2018 at 9:15 AM ^
Well, there's my point. Poole's shot was not "luck" in any sense of the word. It came off a designed play that had been practiced many times, and which was executed well. We had a talented shooter taking the shot.
September 22nd, 2018 at 8:29 AM ^
“Penn State’s offense without Barkley and Moorhead will collapse” = “Urbs will retire for health reasons after Harbaugh” = “RR’s offense in year 3 is always unstoppable”
Another MGOMeme bites the dust.
September 22nd, 2018 at 8:55 AM ^
I still think Penn State's offense will fade over the next few years. Franklin isn't an offensive mastermind
September 22nd, 2018 at 9:01 AM ^
He doesn't need to be. If you can field a strong Oline and a good QB, your offense will move.
