3* RB who is currently committed to California. He's their second running back recruit. 6'1", 215 and reportedly runs a 4.45 forty. Michigan State, Missouri, Cal, and Minnesotta are his best offers.

Probably not. Very similar mold to De'Veon Smith and Green.

Why is this tweet from the future? Also his scheduled visit is with the Commish according to the above rivals link..

It all depends on which coaches go visit.
See Brandon's post below. I'm guessing Hoke, Mattison and maybe Mallory will be in-home with Peppers.

any chance the coaches try to visit Hand?
If Saban were to go to Texas what would be the most likely scenario?
Hand stays with Bama?
Hand flips to Michigan?
Hand follows Saban to Texas?

With Green & Smith already set as the workhorses next year and one of the top RB's for '15 in D.Harris already commited, i would like to see this scholarship go in another direction. But if he does decide to flip which i believe he will, the more the better.
Film does looks good however.

But Michigan wouldn't have offered him if he didn't have talent, so if he comes here, I'm happy to have him.

There's really not a whole lot of depth. It's basically Green and Smith with Drake Johnson coming off an ACL tear. Hayes and Norfleet are supposedly slot receivers now. Rawls has fallen off the depth chart; he had 3 carries this year.

If Green or Smith goes down with an injury for the season, we have no backup for the other guy unless Drake turns into a good option. Lots of RB's get hurt. Ask Fitz. Better yet, ask Iowa.

What ever happened to Wyatt Shallman? Is he redshirting this year?
December 5th, 2013 at 10:15 AM ^
He is a FB or a HB/TE of some type...
December 5th, 2013 at 11:02 AM ^
Yes, he redshirted, and he's been practicing at H-back.

...because they've had a much better record/tradition of developing RBs over the past several years and there are OL issues at UofM. Aside from Mike Hart, UofM hasn't had any noteworthy RBs in the last 10 years. And I'm not sure how much UofM had to do with Hart's development. As I recall, he hit the ground running as a freshman and never let up. Hope Derrick Green and Deveon Smith change that.
