Any team which lost their starting QB and RB in the same game will be reeling. Even more so one with MAC level depth.

"Value 3 Feet". Maybe State should aim higher than that?

Unless something miraculous happens in the fourth quarter - like offense in some recognizable form the Bulls - USF loses in part because they cannot capitalize on mistakes, but also consider that they are getting all of 1.88 yards per play when they do have the ball. The Spartans, as bad as it looks, have been managing about twice that.

Amazing to see

Like Halley's comet. Now we can all say we were there when...

Is STAEE actually going to score an offensive TD?!?!?!?
September 7th, 2013 at 4:04 PM ^
Took over three quarters, against possibly one of the nation's worst FBS teams, but MSU scores a TD on offense.

Hey MSU scored a touchdown. Without their defense this time.

I've always been impressed with Guiton, he has good mobility and is a better passer than Miller.

Anyone else reminded of Bobby Boucher's South Central Louisianna State University Mud Dogs?
If anyone gets the lead against MSU, it might be smart to just punt on 1st down.

USF's WR's are terrible. They're dropped so many passes today

Its just horrible. "OSU's defensive speed" blah blah blah.

The horrible offense aside, the other thing this game provided us with is that MSU students are too dumb to properly take shelter during a thunderstorm.

Not listening to police officers trying to get you to safety. /facepalm
September 7th, 2013 at 4:25 PM ^
USF QB 5/23 for 62 yards, 2.7 average .....MSU QBs 12/24 for 94 yards, 3.9 average

Speilman is the worst homer. Holy shit, he gets worse every year.

Looks like MSU is going to win 21-6. Hard to believe it would be 7-6 if not for the defense. Horrible game for the Spartans. I was expecting better today.
