It was free since it's in my dad's fridge. Don't judge me monkey (judge him).
I hope you are 21 and have permission. I remember when my son raided my cabinet back in the day. It wasn't so much the fact that he was breaking the law, but that he and his buddies drank some Blue Label and thought I wouldn't notice when they watered it down with Coke. I'm drinking a martini with a twist of lime.

I hope you made him learn to appreciate a nice Scotch and break his piggy bank and buy you a new bottle for that atrocity. I've never actually had Blue, only Red and Green.
Anyone else here suspect Herm is another handle of Brian/Seth/Ace/Heiko/BiSB/PGB? It's just too good to be true.
I'd guess Ace, with a possibility of Heiko. BiSB and PGB post their share of nonsense and Brian or Seth would've made the account long prior to this. I wouldn't put it past any of them though.
I'm Herm.
Could be. Or he's just an awesome old guy. When he first started posting, I thought about signing all my posts "-Herm" to kinda mock him. Thought it'd be funny. Then I realized he was cool.
Yeah, but he replied to the previous poster's post in 6 minutes. No old person can type a paragraph in 6 minutes.
I resent that statement, my fingers aren't completely ridden with arthritis yet! If you don't believe me, I think my son-in-law still uses MGoBlog and can attest that yes, I am a real, breathing human being. I've had a few drinks, so I'm going to go and finish watching the games. Good night to you all.

Judging by Herm's knowledge of Michigan athletics history I'd say he's a genuine Michigan man. Kind of like the Bert Sugar of mgoblog.
The second one was a little strong.
Grain Belt Nordeast
Starting episode 1 of the wire.
It is a scotch kind of night. Glenfiddich.
Glenfiddich - nectar of the gods. Nothing but Chivas left in my cabinet tonight.
Edit: just remembered an awesome night. I did some work for Netflix a while back and spent some time in CA. We all went out for dinner one night and was challenged by the manager in charge of our group to have the largest tab. A co-worker and I consumed an entirely unhealthy amount of Glenfiddich 17. Challenge accepted & victory achieved.
Where'd you get it??
This was a few weeks ago, mind you, but Super Wine & Liquor in Canton happened to have it. It's on Haggerty just south of Ford Road.
BACARDI LIMON + Fresca + ICE.

Tonight... The whole damn liquor cabnet!!!
i'm on my way!
Franziskaner Dunkel that I picked up at Morgan & York. I walked in there looking to explore, walked out with 1/4 pound of cheese, 1/4 pound of salami, a piece of bread, a 16.9 ounce beer, and $20 less in my wallet!
Chilling with some cheap Pinot Grigio (Walnut's Crest) and some Sam Adams while watching Batman Begins. Not a bad night at all.
The great American mixture of rye whiskey and ice
Just got done golfing which means a whole bunch of PBRs. Now a glass of Syrah with a steak, then martinis.
Yeah, you could be watching the Royals.
PS: Bell's Oberon
It used to be even better.
I started with a 6 pack of Paulaner when I got home today, but now it's time get on the ice for my Friday skate.
I just want my kids back...
