I can’t believe no one has said Nate Dogg.

07/08/2016 - 6:26am The little things.

Propane and propane accessories.

07/07/2016 - 8:18pm I'm disappointed.

I was fully expecting this to be about pooping in coolers.

04/20/2016 - 11:25am Maybe it's you...

I have been shaving my head and face (and I have a pretty large noggin) for nearly 15 years now. I was a Gillette guy, but got tired of spending close to $20 a month on blades. I joined DSC, and went with the executive. A better shave than anything I ever got through Gillette, and cheaper to boot. Even with my beautiful round head, I thought that the flex-ball would be a necessity. Nope. Maybe it is time to go back and ask your mom to teach you how to shave again.

11/28/2015 - 5:16am Well....

It's about time.

09/02/2015 - 8:50pm Probably going to be difficult.

Every single bar in town will be playing the Tigers or the TCU/Minnesota game. You're fucked buddy...

08/18/2015 - 1:06am Urban Fucking Meyer?

I have no clue and am very curious myself, given the context it is obviously about Urban Meyer, but I am too lazy to look it up, and frankly I don't care, so I will assume his middle name is Francis.

07/26/2015 - 5:53pm I don't think that anyone can

I don't think that anyone can be ruled out, especially when dealing with type A personalities competing against other type A personalities on a daily basis. I look at a case like Verlander or Roy Halladay and wonder if the drop off in performance (from elite to run of the mill) is not due to a positive test that was never made public, because there was no second positive test. I don't think it diminishes their accomplishments since such a large portion of the league was using, but I don't think that it makes their accomplishments any better either. Did you think Andy Pettite was using PED's?

07/26/2015 - 5:39pm Steroid Era

So you are just going to assume that only hitters were juicing? The guys on the bump were doing every bit as much as the rest of them.

05/30/2015 - 3:32pm I love my career.

I sell propane and propane accessories. I wouldn't trade it for anything. I always liked to think that if I hadn't broke my ankle back in '83, maybe I would have played for the Cowboys, but then I realize that Strickland Propane will always be the place for me.

04/28/2015 - 1:22pm Sprints

Sprint Cars on a dirt track. Favorite racer of all time is Bill Elliott. Second is Dick Trickle for obvious reasons.

03/09/2015 - 9:02pm My usual go to

Is a bottle opener. But you can always use a lighter, or any of the other things MacGyver types use to open those bottles.

01/22/2015 - 11:47am Fool me once....

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me five times and I would begin to think maybe I was the problem. That or my doctor.

01/08/2015 - 1:42am Who knew?

You must drive like my great grandmother. Denver is a two hour drive from Laramie, Salt Lake City is a 7 hour drive from Laramie, you can enjoy the outdoors in peace, and there are no big pimply a-holes like you to bug the locals. Matter of fact, when I retire from Strickland, I might just move to a place like Laramie. Almost forgot about the water.... It's great there!

12/30/2014 - 11:56pm I'm so excited...

"I'm so excited for the first week of winter conditioning, to get that started. Let's find out exactly what our intent is."

Anybody else go from 6:00 to Midnight on that one? There is a plan, a process, and now a leader to ensure it is ruthlessly implemented. We are in good hands again.

12/23/2014 - 5:38pm A head coach

A head coach is typically minded one way or another (offense or defense). The biggest issue I believe you are overlooking is his leadership. His determination. All reasons he has turned around three programs (two of which were historically bad football wise) and would most likely win here. No one is claiming an inherent schematic advantage, just the hope that we will actually start to "out-physical" teams instead of just talking about it.

12/17/2014 - 11:24pm IBD

Monkey Rodeo?

11/17/2014 - 4:15pm You forgot one name.

Bill Cowher is the S&C coach.

10/30/2014 - 2:52am Malibu's Most Wanted

Malibu's Most Wanted

10/26/2014 - 1:49pm He still has one advantage.

He can hear what a good team sounds like.

10/26/2014 - 1:46pm Not for lack of trying?

This is Michigan Fergodsakes. The job requires more effort than what has been put in, obviously. So yes, it has been for a lack of trying. Folksy football coach can't coach football. Hoke has been the loudest about "expectation", and they have not been met (outside of great practices), so we will stomp wherever we please.

10/09/2014 - 2:13pm Tricky situation.

The coordinators see the team practice all week from field level, yet they watch the film of opposing defenses from a press-box vantage point. Aesthetically, it would seem that the view from the box would give you a much broader view of the game, and making it easier to pick up tendencies, coverages, weaknesses, etc. and exploit them. Forest for the trees argument. However, if the coaches, who are WELL into their coaching careers at this point and thus, presumably well versed (though this season is becoming a contradiction to this point) in all facets of their job see the game all week at field level, wouldn't you want that same experience on Saturdays? Just my two cents, now onto reality.
The obvious answer is that Nuss probably wants to call plays from the booth, but Hoke said he couldn't because he wanted to be able to communicate with him directly. No headset for Hoke = no direct communication to coordinators. I still do not understand this argument from him. Coaches throughout the country coach players very well during games while wearing a headset. Why can't Brady Hoke? Is there so much going on for him that he cannot effectively do his job with a headset on? If so, he is simply not qualified for the job.

09/20/2014 - 10:57am Still being a dick

At 15? Maybe the man is in medical school, or perhaps the traditional route was not suitable and that is why he has to study. Regardless, wtf is the OP talking about?

05/04/2014 - 8:19pm Belichek

That is BB. 3/4 sleeves would have made it more obvious.

05/01/2014 - 2:50pm You were right.

Definitely Betty white. Assuming it was a bad joke like you said. My mind told me it was Marge Schott, but upon closer inspection, it is definitely Betty White.

04/24/2014 - 11:47pm That is fucked up,

and racist too.

04/24/2014 - 7:04pm Exhibition?

Saw no mention on an exhibition game. Just pointing out that a high elevation does not make a game unsafe.

04/24/2014 - 6:22pm Wyoming

The Wyoming Cowboys play home games at the same elevation.

04/07/2014 - 3:56pm And dozens of Buckeyes would

And dozens of Buckeyes would lose their "funding".

03/28/2014 - 3:59pm Actually

The City of Colorado Springs does not allow for the sale of recreational cannabis at this time.

03/20/2014 - 9:15pm If I recall correctly....

We played a bit of a sloppy game in the opener against SDSU last year then, well, you guys remember the rest.

03/20/2014 - 4:38pm Can't Believe

We haven't seen a Tommy Amaker Appreciation Thread yet.

03/15/2014 - 1:44am Weird

Why are they all so tan and chiseled?

03/13/2014 - 3:33pm Also

He could also mean Dallas.

03/05/2014 - 11:53am In 1986

Buck Strickland hired me away from Jeans West and I started at Strickland Propane. Peggy and I got Lady Bird which loosened my urethra just enough to get Peggy pregnant with our first and only child, Bobby.

03/03/2014 - 1:59pm I may be wrong...

I believe that move was made famous by Pedro Cerrano and the Tanaka twins in Major League 2.

02/21/2014 - 11:51am Well....

It was right around the same time that Jackass Ted Nugent decided he wanted to be a Texan. I may have been born in New York City, but I know Texans and Ted Nugent is not one of them.

02/21/2014 - 11:19am Interesting

Very surprised to see Wyoming (my state of residence of 5 years running now) so low on the list. People here seem to be very happy with the way of life. Wide open spaces, personal rights, well paying jobs to be found, no state income tax, large amounts of federal funding with all of the National Parks, nearly 300 days a year of sunshine, etc.

01/17/2014 - 2:21pm Nice eye

Appears to be a young child directly behind Nebraska bench throwing it. The Wright brothers would be proud.

01/05/2014 - 2:43pm That was fast

How long was the Louisville job even open?

12/11/2013 - 4:36pm I am celebrating!

Just cracked open an Alamo, got Willie playing on the radio, if Peggy isn't careful she just might get an up vote tonight if you know what I mean. After Bobby goes to bed of course.

12/04/2013 - 12:26am That is what I call using your head!

Taking full advantage of the OT season. I always thought you were better than this, Muttley.

12/03/2013 - 2:41pm Step Two:

A voting system can't come back soon enough. + many points to you.

11/30/2013 - 1:54pm Interesting game

Different offense today. Quick hitters, big plays, successfully running the ball. Miller is getting his, however, I think overall, the defense is playing well. Ohio is very talented.

11/25/2013 - 5:34pm That is actually

A wide receiver committing the "block" on the right guard. Still terrible though, Almost as if he is playing with his eyes closed.

11/25/2013 - 3:01pm I would try to coax Coach

I would try to coax Coach Sauers out of retirement. I would give every player a salt tablet. I would let Coach Sauers kiss everyone of those pansies right on the mouth if they got the win. Then we would drive over to Durndle and rub it right it in their smug faces. Mmmhhhhmmmm.

11/23/2013 - 12:48pm Thanks

I forgot about the time change. The game is a noon Mountain Time start. I think the Pokes win big today.

11/23/2013 - 11:51am It is

A balmy 8 degrees here in Laramie, WY (wind chill adjusted). Think about this for a second though. Wyoming has a home game today. The opponent? Hawaii. That has got to be miserable for those guys coming from 80 degrees and sea level, to 8 degrees and 7220' above sea level. Yeeesh.

11/22/2013 - 12:55am And now introducing

The Detroit Lions. I believe that franchise has bungled a number one pick or two.

11/13/2013 - 5:38pm Awesome

That is funny stuff.
