More Tennessee football stuff - losing DC and LB coach
So in addition to Arnett seeking a transfer and Dooley looking bad for the way he's handling it, now their DC and LB coach are leaving to join Sarkisians staff at Washington.
You've got to wonder how all this is adding up in Danny O'Brein's mind. I also wonder how long Dooley will be able to keep his job. He has a 4-12 conference record in 2 seasons. I imagine Tennessee has higher expectations than that. They should be challening Florida and Georgia for the SEC East every year, but Dooley is 0-4 against those two teams.

They'd probably have a better record against SEC East opponents but Dooley has a policy.

It looks completely like rats jumping from a burning ship.
Best of luck Danny O'Brien; your head coach won't see your sophomore year.

I'd love to add O'Brien to this recruiting class but lets not get ahead of ourselves

I watched O'brien in the state championship game, and he didn't do much of anything. Yes he's strong, but his skill level and motor left something to be desired.

Do we even have scholarships available if Danny is interested? I don't think Hoke wants another DT in the 4 spots we have..

Everyone would love O'brien, he won't be commiting to Michigan. Either Tennessee or Michigan State for him.

They only wanted 1 DT commit and they stopped recruiting Shittu and O'brien soon after the Pipkins commitment.

we don't want him from what I've heard.

He will be a Spartan if I had to bet on it. I think we should take him just so he doesn't go to Sparty.

and really, by all accounts, the kid can play so it would be a good pick-up on two different levels.

Our staff has evaluated O'Brien and basically didn't like what they saw. After that, they stopped recruiting him.

UT idiocy benefits Michigan, otherwise DOB and Arnett would be Spartans.

after what they did to Arnett deserves Dooley and UT.

I love this, I despise UT. I live in the state of TN and they are a bunch of arrogant pricks. Dooley deserves all of this. He won't coach another game in those ugly ass orange pants.

Henderson is the third Georgia player to part ways with Tennessee within the last month. Flowery Branch running back Imani Cross, who was the first commitment for Tennessee’s 2012 recruiting class, backed off the Volunteers after being committed for nearly a year because he said he was told by Dooley, “They hired a new RB coach from South Carolina and don’t know if he’s a Scat guy or Spread guy, so they were re-evaluating backs and that Imani should look around at other schools.”

That Arnett should have never went there in the first place. That's what is crazy about these guys going halfway around the country when they and their families are poor, sick, etc...how does the family attend these games on the other side of the country?
