Solid and deep OL, Devin Gardner/Shane Morris, Funchess/Butt, Green/Smith, Chesson/Darboh/Harris... This team will be difficult to stop on offense. Not to mention, our defense is on the up and up too. This team will be scary for years to come...

Sparty No	Sorry for the thread jack, but seeing as how I do not have enough points to make my own, I figured that I would pass this information along in the most recent board post. If anyone feels this story warrants its own thread, please create one on my behalf. It appears that Jordan Drake - a former MSU Football recruit - was sentenced 18 months probation after facing felony charges for "adulterating a food item" in relation to his senior prank. Drake distributed breath mints containing a certain bodily fluid to his classmates. 37 weeks 11 hours ago	With depth concerns and AF	With depth concerns and AF as our opponent, one that Coach Hoke and his staff has loads of respect for, I don't see this staff running the score up on AF. I think we jump out early and end up getting second stringers out on the field. Because of this, the final score wont accurately reflect our teams performance.    35-17

I was very concerned about recruiting and thought Les and/or Harbaugh would be able to pull in recruits that Hoke would never get a chance to talk to. I couldn't have been any more wrong. Brady Hoke for President.

1 year 26 weeks ago	Student Section	The student section is not like the rest of the stadium... People move to sit by their friends and they cram the lower half of the student section to get a better view of the game... I had to stand sideways on the bleachers so everyone else could fit. You need to stop calling out/worrying about the student section and focus on getting the cadavers throughout the rest of the stadium, yourself included, on their feet and MAKING NOISE vs Ohio next week.
1 year 29 weeks ago	Since my first game...	Since my first game at the Big House (age 7) I have always wondered why people outside of the student section don't go bat-shit crazy on third downs. Some say Michigan Stadium is quiet relative to its size because of the design of the stadium, but I disagree... The Big House was extremely loud UTL this year unlike anything I have ever heard in consistant attendance over the past 14 years.  I attribute this mostly to the alums who don't want to make noise. It's very frustrating because we could have a greater home-field advantage if the rest of the stadium was as loud as the student section regularly is.
1 year 30 weeks ago	We have three..	We have three very winnable games left on the schedule... Purdue, Illinois, and Iowa could very well be wins. If we can pull out just two of these and split Neb/OSU we will have a very impressive kickoff to the Hoke Era.

At the same time, if I hear them bitch about how we were lucky against ND, I will be the first to remind them that it took them 2 interceptions, a blocked field goal, a safety, a blocked punt returned for a touchdown, the leading Wisconsin rusher missing 1/2 the game, the opposing team taking timeouts for them, and a 44 yd hail mary to win the game. If all of these events occuring in a 60 minute span isn't lucky than I don't know what lucky is.

1 year 33 weeks ago	Think about Vincent Smith	Think about Vincent Smith... It took him over a year and a half to get back to 100%. Persa had the same injury (IIRC) and it bothered him enough for him to pull himself in a rivalry game. He will not be 100%. I just hope, for his sake, he doesn't screw it up even more.
1 year 35 weeks ago	FWIW...	FWIW on Bill King's Rivals Radio show this morning (Sirius 91) a 247 recruiting analyst was taking recruiting questions from callers. Someone asked about Danny O'Brien and the guy basically said Tenn had the early start then Michigan came on hard. He said Tennessee's Midwest recruiter does a great job and that he had been burned before by going against that staff, but then said he still thinks it's Michigan (55-45).
