Good!

After Shane Morris…

Good!

After Shane Morris and Gibbons coverup I think the man has no place being in a position of responsibility.

Internal Review?

Didn't the FBI start making this public on Monday/Tuesday? That's one fast ass internal review....either they have the best researchers money can buy, they found something very dirty very fast, or they knew in advance.

The Purple

Faced person is going to love hearing this. His face might turn pink

A good

Spinmaster will instead talk about how much they are reloading and how next year they will have a ton of returning starters...

I need

To keep my phone away when driving. It seems like more and more drivers on glued to their phones while they are on the road.

Losing

Their daughter, who was the most innocent of the 3 (IMHO) likely drove him back to Cersei.

Raise?

I hadn't heard that, are you sure they gave him a raise during his monthly contracts? I didn't think them offering monthly contracts were wrong in any way as I'm guessing they were doing while there was an ongoing investigation, he was suspended so it wasn't like he was out recruiting for MSU.

Hasn't

the man learned that the state of Ohio is not to be trusted?

My guess

Is that Mr. Lyons got an angry call from an MSU lawyer and then is backtracking. He doesn't have the best track record of communicating.

I guess he

didn't get the memo about the "healing process" being done by James Franklin and PSU.

Oh great

Now the SEC is going to complain and demand another rule change, this time prohibiting HC from throwing the pigskin around. Not everyone can throw a spiral like a former NFL QB, so in their eyes this must be an unfair competitive advantage.

Yup,

We cannot forget what Butch Jones allegedly did to a football player that had the temerity to help out a rape victim.

The prosecutor

Has authorized the charges, so their names will be released once they are officially charged. I'm guessing this will occur within a day.

At work

So no time to delve deeply into this, but it is good to hear that Dantonio followed procedure.

Mussoulini

Apparently made peace with the Vatican, was a great environmentalist, and made the trains run on time! If you've tried to do business in Italy, I think you would agree that the last is a particularly incredible feat!

Too rich

For my taste. I get that it has ESPN and ESPN2 but $40/month seems way too steep. It makes sense for someone coming off a cable bill, but I'm happy at paying $8. That said, I imagine it can be a good deal if you tend to go to a sports bar to watch live sports, as one can easily spent $40 on alcohol alone in a single sitting.

Yup

I was going to mention that but you beat me to it. I believe that TP was suspended for 4 games, the same 4 games his college teammates were suspended. From what I recall he agreed in advance to it though later spoke to the NFLPA about challening the suspension though I don't think that went anywhere.

WHat's going on

In the first investigation? Anyone know? I haven't been following.

Since

2002, has he done anything that has been this horrendous? I understand leaving NM for UCLA even though he signed a contract, unfortunately crap like that happens.

So we're

Boned?

You may

Want to clarify that you're talking about football. I wasn't sure if you were talking about basketball or NCAA sports in general until you mentioned WVU and Oregon.

I don't see why it can't happen, there have been certainly some close calls and if it weren't for the big conference bias, I believe that the 2006 Boise State could have played with any team and might have been able to win it all.

How many Spartans

Were invited? Was it 3-9?

Coaching?

I would reckon' ithe chances are like one in a million.

That said, I would love it if he's able to come by to give a talk at practices and give pointers to the quarterbacks. I remember reading that Alabama is using on their scout teams, it would be great if Tom Brady is willing to come help out.

I've been hearing

That Oakland is in play.....

I just read

Elantris by him and loved it, would love to check out more of his books, including Stormlight Archive. I did not like Mistborn for whatever reason, I know nearly everyone loved it.

Let the Lord of Chaos Rule!

“The lions sing and the hills take flight. The moon by day, and the sun by night. Blind woman, deaf man, jackdaw fool. Let the Lord of Chaos rule.

-Robert Jordan (Lord of Chaos)

Darn

Was about to make that joke!

Cool stat

I would be interested in seeing the results if they only account for staters.

I take it

Someone's read "A Guide to the Good Life."

As if

millions of voices suddenly cried out in terror and were suddenly silenced

It depends

On how well the offensive is at moving the ball. Chip Kelly tried his hurry up offense in Philly and it failed largely due to this. As a result, his defenses were on the field for way too long and were gassed by the 4th quarter.

I think a hurry up offense can work if they are able to effectively move the ball. While time of possession might favor the other team, the edge goes to the hurry-up team as they will gas the defense far sooner. Also in the NFL, players have more of a choice as to where they play and I'm guessing that defensive free agents are likely to avoid playing under such a system.

I

Was thinking the same thing!

On the flip side

When I moved to Minnesota when talking to people for the first time, many would ask me where I went to college. I would simply say, "Michigan," and most would and ask, "Michigan State?" Some of these people are football fans. I now always say, "University of Michigan," I would say "U of M," but people here seem to think that the University of Minnesota is that. The people here sure are silly, though exceedingly polite.

Is he showing

any interest? It appears to be standard practice for coaches to flirt with other schools in order to get a pay raise. If he is actively saying that he's staying in MSU rather than sending out feelers I'll admit a little begrudging respect for him.

Is it just me

Or has there recently been a trend of jackass AD's. We had Dave Brandon, USC had Pat Haden, UT has that one jackass, and I konw there are more that I missed.

Stretching

Has not been a good activity for the Michigan football team.

This has

To be the craziest game I have ever seen.

Reminds me of American Pie

"You don't score..UNTIL YOU SCORE!"

In their defense

Rudock did play out of his mind

Favorite Shirt

While I was at Michigan was on that read "Guns don't kill people, LaMarr Woodley kills people"

AFAIK

Tacopants has never left as he has unlimited ineligibility.

This

Is a guy that (allegedly) saw a video of his Vanderbilt players raping an unconscious woman and told them to delete it. Then when testifying he said that he never saw it.

Why does anyone give this mouth breather any doubt with anything. He could tell me that it's sunny outside and I still might bring an umbrella.

Where's

Varys when you need him? His little birds know what Harbaugh's working on.

LOL

I see what you did there.

Mentally

I pictured The Big Lebowski, "I'm perfectly calm, dude."

Thanks

Magnus!

I didn't see this

mentioned before, if you or anyone has a link I would be grateful.

Oh Plexico

Way to just shoot yourself in the foot again.

I know

The band has a great reputation and that it is a symbol of Michigan, but I just can't get myself to care whether or not they travel to Jerryworld. This is just my opinion watching on TV.

So I guess

Punters won't be allowed to come to the camp? Or if they do, they go with a full understanding that they aren't a 'football player.'
