Chesson is McShay's #5 WR for the 2017 NFL Draft

Submitted by Ali G Bomaye on

This is yet another sign of Chesson's awesome progress, and should be a powerful recruiting tool for any WR considering playing under Harbaugh/Fisch. Chesson was a 3* recruit who caught 29 passes total in his first two years, and after one year under Harbaugh he's considered one of the top receiver prospects in the country.

but can't wait for season to start. other CFB porn: preseason all american lists, pre-season polls, press conferences about the team's progress. freep stories about getting "swagger back." mitch leidner draft ranking. that said, happy Chesson is getting recognition--he beat my expectations from when he and Darboh first joined the team

We are only 12 days from Game Week 1. The summer sports doldrums are ending as the boys in blue are at work in camp. I don't want to get too excited until we get that monkey off our back either, but why be on the internet if all you're going to do is make the same tired "joke" for 2 more months?

Aren't players supposed to get better in their junior/senior years?

I think the performance boost was more (but not completely, sink kill me) quarterback related. There is where the staff should be credited most!
