Since I had civil procedure, but I imagine that this case will be removed to a federal court upon Maryland's move. Unless the ACC had agreed to make NC the situs for all litigation.
And hunch is that after face-to-face discussion, Mattison encouraged him to decommit and take his visits while making it explicitly clear that there was no guarantee of a spot in this class for him.

Given Denard's record against above average defenses, I think Gardner's unknown reaction is preferable to Denard's known reaction. I may be ugly wrong Saturday, but I'm hoping we see Devin take another step up.
I guarantee that Denard's remaining performances are tied to the discussions on this blog -- especially the amount if comments that focus on choosing one good outcome over another good outcome.
Would he have really been a worse option? He's the only offensive threat we have. An offense consisting of QB leads and an occasional "oh no" could NOT have been worse than what I witnessed.
I haven't forgotten that Smith didn't do anything special on that play. It was designed very well, the pass was on the money (thankfully, or it would have been intercepted after it bounced off his hands), the blocks were great. To Smith's credit, he set up the blocks very well -- but that's a trait that ANY Michigan running back should have. Just because he succeeded there (what were his other big plays last year?) doesn't mean he's best man for the job.
Maybe I'm still bitter about watching him drop a TD pass in Iowa City last year when I was surrounded by Hawk fans.
the fact that Vincent Smith is still on the field in any offensive capacity means there are at least some plays that would belong to Hart. I think it's awesome that Vincent Smith is tough as nails and gritty, but I like my running backs to be able to catch or juke somebody.
If you'd witnessed how Gene Chizek did Iowa State and his recruits there, you wouldn't feel bad for the guy at all. He made one hell of a mess and Iowa State was fortunate that Auburn wanted him. He's like Lane Kiffin with less winning.
You have to respect a guy like Kozan who refuses to let Jordan Payton run away with the "Weirdest Recruitment" award. Obviously, overcoming Payton is an uphill battle, but Kozan can manage to miss a few more self-imposed commitment deadlines, he's got to be in the running.
Yesterday worked out perfectly. You've got the coaches of both division winners attacking the coach at Ohio while Mr. Hoke stays out of the fray. I'm 100% for this outcome. If the next few years consist of Meyer stealing Wisconsin and Sparty recruits and those coaches calling him a cheater -- I don't see how this doesn't help encourage kids with good character to end up at Michigan.

I remember this scene from Titanic.
You haven't seen the Chicago Blawkhawks play ice hockey this year. I wouldn't worry about the Wings having to face anyone in the Stanley Cup final.
they brought in the closers: William McKinley, Grover Cleveland and James Madison.
Sammy Sosa agrees with your Lance Armstong-esque argument. If there is no evidence, then it can't be true.

I'd rather have Eddie Lacy than Kenny Lacy.
At this point, I'm not sure if Conley is a reliable source. He was 100% committed yesterday.

The same one that says that, objectively, Bernie Madoff was a good businessman?

I have faith that he has the ability to verbally commit to Auburn, Iowa and Michigan before sending his LOI to UCLA.
when the kid "committed" to MSU only to hold a spot when Michigan said no?
think that it was fair that the other SEC coaches also used these tactics.

especially true with Joe Pa's death. He'd been the last bastion of truth telling at all costs in the B1G coaching ranks.
On first and goal from your own 1, you're screwed no matter what play you run...unless you're in the spread, evidently.
