that makes this season not as dynamic is the cast is too large. The simplicity of the juxtaposition of Rust and Marty was the heartbeat to the first season. This season is missing that "pull" or whatever you want to call it.
quite like the first season's. However, I think some of the elements are still there (the characters are interesting, the cinematography is fantastic, and the acting is pretty consistent) to make this season good. I guess I just don't care about a missing city manager from a working class LA suburb that much. Plus, Vince Vaughn (whose work I typically love) is a bit of a snoozer.
The first episode was decent, the second was fantastic (and not just for the ending), but the third felt stagnant.
at the Chicago Theater. Great show! Played everything off of the new album, with an encore of older songs including "Chicago" which brought the house down.
and I'd recommend staying near Earl's Court. It's an area with a lot of American hotels that are reasonably priced (by British standards). It won't be a hassle to get to Wembley from there (via Tube). It's safe, affordable food, decent amount of stuff to do there, and it's a 20-30 minute Tube ride from the heart of the city.
It terms of things to do... the markets are great (Borough, Portobello Road, Brick Lane, Dalston, etc.), the parks are exquisite (the Heath, Regent's, Green are my favorite), and the museums are world-class (Tate Modern, V&A, British). So much to do, not enough time.
Give me Bonnie Raitt, Reba, Trisha, Wynonna, and LeAnn (with the exception being Shania Twain, she's beyond terrible) and keep your shitty ass Blake Shelton's wife, something about an Antebellum Era, and whatever other atrocious nonsense is out there.
First, what's your source on TRich's medical redshirt? Not saying I don't believe you, but this is the first I've heard of this.
Second, the younger offensive linemen were beaten by guys who were older than them (Glasgow, Miller, Braden) and if we've learned anything over the past couple season, offensive linemen take longer to develop. Just my opinion, but once Miller and Glasgow graduate after next season, I think Kugler and Dawson secure starting spots on the line.
Lastly, when you take 47 kids in 2 years, some (regardless of star ratings) are not going to pan out due to being poorly ranked in the first place. This happens at Bama, Ohio State, USC, everywhere. And others, that are more underrated, will exceed expectations (Funchess, Henry, the Glasgows) or you get glimpses that show they are moving in the right direction (K. Hill, Strib, Drake, Godin). I also think you're giving up on Shallman and McCray way too early as there are some pretty good senior football players in front of them on the depth chart.
picked up a lot of guys who were considered Ohio State leans long before he was hired. The guy can flat out recruit, but if we get Weber, Jefferson, and/or Wheatley after already having grabbed Gentry and Jones, that'd be equally as impressive in my book.
Sam Webb was hinting at this 2 weeks ago on GBW and a bunch of people could've run with that then, but didn't. I guess it's just too difficult now to keep information not meant for public distribution (on a more visible, free site like MGoBlog) to not get leaked.
I feel good about having a 56 year old man walk 21 miles a day.
I posted the article because here's a man who comes from one of the most economically disadvantaged cities in this country, absent of good (and safe) public transportation and instead of bitching and crying about how hard he has it, he gets up everyday and busts his ass to get to his job on time. It's a great lesson in humility and perseverance.
If that's not a representation of how hard this city works, I don't know what is.
and were pretty good friends (he's one of the nicest guys you'll meet BTW). Anyway, our floor was having a bit of a squirt gun fight and I bombarded into Lamarr's room, shot him directly in the face from like 5 feet away and then ran like hell. He ran after me yelling and threatening to beat me, caught me in the stairwell and gave me the largest bruise I've ever had. We had a pretty good laugh after.
Other than that, West Quad was a pretty boring place to live. I did enjoy the snowball fight with SQuad, although Braylon Edwards was a HUGE asshole during it and took the whole casual fun thing way too far.

Yeah, I cherry picked the Weber stuff because of how high they were on him saving them until he started played.

Just my thoughts.
in the goat ass
This sucks.
Fish and chips at Conor O'Neill's. I lived in England and never found fish and chips that damn good.
it's like 20 minutes from my house and feels like a home game when Michigan comes to town.
Maybe two with the encore

That's all

Enjoy the best city in the World!
Does this mean I get to watch the season premier of Game of Thrones without having to pay for HBO?
the only thing that matters today are llamas
Was nearly in tears. The additional clip is also worth watching.
was only really impressed with The Imitation Game, Whiplash, Boyhood, and Birdman. Thought Frank and Fury were overlooked.
Some great acting jobs this year though. Particularly Simmons, Redmayne, Cumberbatch, Arquette, Moore, and Keaton.
also misses the 6-commit-a-daypalooza
Wisconsin band that sounded like an early 80s version of the Velvet Underground and wore overalls. Love their music.

doesn't mean it's an unpopular opinion. That is one of the best shows on TV right now.
feel blessed that you never had to watch that "movie"

Sorry, douche thing to say, but it was there for the taking and I just had to.

but didn't Roy Roundtree commit without visiting?
but who is saying it?
This kid is a tackling machine. Would be a great fit in our secondary to come up and stop the outside runs.
on one of the pay sites, but was quickly rebuffed. Sounds like maybe initial open dialogue between the two parties.
