Mike Weber Meeting with Harbaugh Today?

Submitted by It Happened on
Seems to be the rumor floating around some of the other message boards! Please let this be true! I love our chances if Harbaugh gets a face to face with him.

You have definitely become one of the boards best GiFFERs that's for sure.  Didnt you used to speak at one point though?  I seem to remember you making comments using words back in the day.

Did you take a vow of silence or something?  Are you actually a Tibetan Monk?

Beware this man's beets if they are of the sugar beet variety.  I used to live in the Midland/Saginaw/Bay City area, where a lot of sugar beets are grown.  You DO NOT want to hit a beet with your car if one falls off a load being brought to market.  The only substance known to man that is harder than a sugar beet might be diamonds, which you aren't likely to see lying in the middle of the road in that part of the state.

Car vs. sugar beet?  Pick the sugar beet to win that battle every time!

and I'll say it again... Better off to assume that he is out of reach unless you hear something definitive to the contrary. Better to be pleasantly surprised.

I'm afraid of this going widespread b/c he wanted to meet with Harbaugh quietly and somewhat secretly b/c he doesn't want the Buckeye backlash, regardless of what he ultimately decides.  Let's just keep this quiet and hopefully that'll keep (more) people from tweeting him than already are.

If I were Weber, I wouldn't see Kareem Walker's commitment as a good thing for playing time at Ohio State in the future. Particularly if Elliott is there now.

Still don't think he comes but it is good that they're meeting this late in the game. Weber flipped before when nobody knew that Harbaugh would be coach so a flip back to his home state wouldn't be out of the question.

Manhattan yesterday was pretty clear after a few inches Monday night, but the Eastern part of Long Island got substantial snow-dump.  Fortunately the city being closed down meant that streets could be plowed in the areas where the snow stopped early.  It's clear for the second day here, so I assume at least LGA's open for business.  Can't speak for CT.

My first thought when I heard about the storm hitting the East Coast was actually about how that would affect Harbaugh's in-home visit with Clark. I imagined Harbaugh ariving in Connecticut only to find that all the streets were closed down, but walking through the storm to Clark's front door anyway while repeating "I MUST WIN" to himself over and over. I imagined how impressive that would be to Clark and how he would probably commit on the spot. We might not actually get Clark in the end but I'll always have that visual and I'm thankful for that.
