The odds sure weren't in our favor that year, huh? I trust in this coaching staffs ability to identify & develop talent rather than star gazing or 'playing the odds'.
Will a portion of the proceeds/revenue during the game be donated to the U of M general scholarship fund? The official AAUM bars all contribute in addition to the usual drink specials...
I understand where you're coming from, but this isn't just "somebody who started a clothing line." This is about two of the most recognized brand names in the world joining forces.
Whoa, this kid goes to the HS I graduated from many years ago! Never thought I'd see a kid from Millburn get offered by Michigan. To be honest, Millburn is a perennial bottom feeder in its division and doesn't play the greatest competition. I think we've had only one D1 level recruit in the past 10 years...another TE who went to Syracuse.
Football has never been a big deal in Millburn, but who cares. I'm excited to hear about the offer and hope Jake goes Blue!
Brandon Jennings is shooting 38.2% from the field in his 5th year in the league. I'm sure Trey will figure out how to improve his efficiency as he continues to adjust to the NBA game.
Trey's value comes from his intangibles--his leadership, clutchness, and ultra competitive spirit. Things the Pistons are clearly lacking right now.
Nate Wolters is going to be a challenge. Burke is really gonna have to take it to him. SDSU's 24 point loss at Minnesota was without Wolters, so not entirely indicative of what they're capable of. They also had an impressive road win at 3 seed New Mexico.

Here are McGary's averages from the last 8 games of the season when he started playing big minutes (B1G Tourney + NCAA Tourney):
13.1 pts, 10.3 reb, 1.4 ast, 1.9 stls, 1.0 blks, 1.6 TOs on 66.7% FG and 42.9% FT in 28.8 minutes a game.
Assuming he gets similar minutes as full-time starter and accounting for overall improvements in his game, it's hard not to get excited!

Anyone know if there will be tickets made available for non-members?

...second place ain't nothin' but first loser!
will be virtual home games due to our alumni base in NYC & Chicago...so we have that going for us.
through the alumni association went on sale in October, IIRC.
They were 20 bucks for the seats in the 200 level.
I'd wait for the alumni association to make tix available instead of buying through ticketmaster.
Monkey cut the bear off and caused a wreck. Bear took matters into his own hands. Same thing happens in NASCAR all the time.

Wolters had a 50 point game earlier this year as well. Here's his game log: http://rivals.yahoo.com/ncaa/basketball/players/89494
That's a rave I'd attend.
Michigan 70 Purdue 62
Michigan 77 Indiana 75
Lovin the belly rub at the end.
Herm, you crazy old rascal!
Wile missed a 53 yarder earlier in the same game. He did, however, make a 48 yarder against State the previous week.
