Wolverine (FB player) sighting - LaMarr Woodley
Update: didn't get to speak w LaMarr after. Do appreciate the comments and wanted to clarify one point - LaMarr was extremely personable to me (which is what I was intending to convey). He interacted with a big smile, and asked if I lived where we were flying. When meeting a success (in so many aspects) like LaMarr, words can fail you as they did me in this instance. A classy individual.
The football Facebook account posted a picture of Woodley next to the Bo statue taken yesterday, and it's amazing that he looks just as big as the statue.
That is one large, large man.

his Mother a car years ago, super nice lady. I can see where he got it from.
Is a millennial. 100% chance.
"Bluepow:" ageism sucks on both ends of the spectrum, young and old. It wasn't funny.
You can take my comment many ways, but I think the most obvious is how humans interact differently with technology and each other through time. I will refrain from predicting the ages of those who are so sensitive to such a statement.
no one has a right to not be offended...
And no one has a right to be shielded from critisim when they say offensive things. There you have it.
I'm not even saying it was offensive. I don't think it was. I'm just saying that the free speech of your critic is just as valuable as your own free speech.
Saying "What you just said is stupid and offensive" is very different from saying "you shouldn't be allowed to say what you just said."
Strawman much?

At present, the answer to that would be ten, and all of them in response to a bit of snark in the thread, not so much the story himself. It used to throw me at first - when I first became active here - that you didn't get points for a thread getting upvoted, but then some of the greatest posbangs ever would end up being some of the most off-the-wall stuff ever posted here. Actually, that's true anyway, so never mind me.
He just bought a really nice house back in my home town of South Lyon. A guy who works with my mom lives a couple of houses down from him.

the term "well spoken". It's usually code for a black guy that speaks well. But I've never heard it used for white dudes. No one is saying Chad Henne, Tom Brady, Jake Long, or Jim Harbaugh is well spoken. Not saying you meant it as such, just a quick little rant. My apologies.

the term well-spoken implies that you expect a guy to be unable to speak fluently just because of the color of his skin. I'm also not saying that OP implied it this way. Just something I've picked up over the years.
...you're being too SJW about it. I've seen people of all races being told they are well spoken.

I have found the majority of those having acquired their Bachelors and working on their Masters are effective communicators. Rudock, I believe carried a 3.9 and I think Russell was extremely high as well. Not uncommon at all. I think they both be good talkers.

But look at how the term is deployed. A black guy will be viewed as well spoken for simply being able to speak, which is really unfair and stereotypical. I'm also not offended, I'm just making an observation.
you picked up? Or were indoctrinated with?
there is something wrong with that, it's called having preconceived ideas and stereotyping people based on how they look or where they are from.
