Way OT- calling all MGO Photoshoppers
I am looking for some help, or advice here if possible. I have to go to a costume party this weekend, in Columbus. Naturally, Jim "Happy Easter !!" Tressel seems to be a perfect choice for me. I have the vest ready to rock, but I wanted to make coupons to hand out to folks for "Discount Tattoos" and "Discount Dodge Chargers". I'm not the tech- saviest guy out there, and I dont have the sheckles to fork over for PhotoShop. I looked online for PhotoShop alternatives, but am hesitant to download programs for fear they may contain malware, melt my hard drive, etc...so I'm wondering if anyone out there can either point me in the direction of a reputable photoshop alternative or hook a poor soul in Columbus up with some funny money? Any input is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance

You should carry around a bible and then hit people over the head with it.

Cut out all the pages and keep a bunch of car keys/cash in it, hidden-flask-in-a-bible style.

Or you could get a headset and a Colts polo and go as "Present Day Jim Tressel: Special Consultant to the 0-7 Indianapolis Colts"

I've used GIMP with no problems for several years. It's freeware and has been in the public domain for a long time.

I saw GIMP as one of the options, but I think the latest network security course I took has made me extremely paranoid to download things without some feedback first from experienced parties. Your input is much appreciated.

The first time I saw one of these I was in Walmart in Toledo not long after the whole scandal broke out and couldn't contain myself. Regardless, this would be a pretty good start for you at least

Don't forget your raffle tickets - but only the good players have a chance at winning...

I like and use Paint.NET.

Have you used GIMP before? If so, how would you compare the two?

2nd vote for GIMP. GIMP is a pretty solid free option.
You can read a little about it here and check the references if you want to build some confidence that it's not malware:

Sorry to threadjack, but does anyone have music suggestions for a high school team highlight video? The video will be shown at the EOY banquet, so parents will be hearing it, need to keep it PGish.
Thanks

Instrumental track from "Wait (The Whisper Song)" by the Ying Yang Twins. If it's good enough for The Big House

Aviary Phoenix is a browser-based image editor that is pretty damn awesome.
