So, like, when you say he is what he is, what is that? I'm not sure I've ever seen such a dramatic decline in a seemingly healthy senior year.
The three pointers can probably be explained by small sample (last year he was overall only 30% so probably just lucky in conf) and by the line moving back such that it's now again out of his range.
But holy cow, turning it over three times as often. 2pt FG% declining by a make every eight shots.
Some of it is that they're asking him to post up more, but he's so bad at it, I just don't get why that's still such a big part of the offense.

Every game our first possession of the game we go down low to Teske and he throws up a weak hook shot. That’s a waste of time.
The continued forcing of post touches to Teske especially early in games will never make sense to me. He has no moves and it almost never goes well.

I have really been surprised how infrequently Simpson this year has been stealing the ball. Hope we will see a lot more of that over the tourney period.
Out of curiosity I checked the stats and Zavier steals are down 40% from last year. He is tied with Teske for 2nd place not the team just 1 steal above Brooks.
