Agree with us being #3. They’ll want to keep the matchup next weekend being #1 vs #2…That way if Bama wins they’re #1 and UGA is #2, it wouldn’t shock me for Bama to get in if it’s a close loss to UGA sadly…They’ll argue the strength of the SEC blah blah blah…

Agreed, we were uber impressive today.
Bama was lucky the Auburn RB didn't stay in bounds, otherwise 40 seconds would have went off the clock and Bama wouldn't have had enough time to mount the game tying TD drive.

I agree with 2. I don't think it really matters for the committee because Bama and Michigan will sort themselves out next week, then you either have UGA at 1 or if Bama wins, maybe Bama at 1 and UGA at 3 to avoid the rematch. I think a Michigan win gets us #2 no matter what and hopefully Cincinnati at that point

That Auburn choke was one for the ages. First they run out of bounds on 2nd down. Then they punt the ball on 4th and 2 from the Alabama 38.

Or, after the QB hands off, he should follow the running back to the line to push him, instead of faking a throw back in the pocket or running a fake around the end, which is exactly what McNamara did on several short yardage plays today. Luckily Haskins never needed a push

I think the #2 is ours if we win no matter what. The 1 is gonna be Bama or UGA. No one is gonna leap frog us. Worst case for us would be a close UGA loss and we see them in a 2-3 game and it's Bama-Cinci in the 1/4

The Maize and Blue should jump over Cincinnati. 'Bama could hold #3 and Cinti at #4. It could put our guys up to #2, no lower than #3 if 'Bama sits at #2.

I think we are 2. Alabama just looked a hell of a lot more beatable than we did today. That being said, it makes zero difference what we are next week since we will jump the loser of Bama/UGA regardless (if we take care of business in Indy).

Is he more trouble than Heisman candidate CJ Stroud? We seemed to do pretty well against Heisman hopeful CJ Stroud and a very talented OSU RB.

I asked about his mobility not whether he was better than Stroud. We have struggled this year some against mobile quarterbacks. I think we would beat Cinci but if he’s a true dual threat it adds another element for the defense to prepare for.

On Tuesday, November 30th at 7pm, Michigan will be ranked #2 in the CFP.
UM was #5. UM defeated the #2 CFP team by 15 points. UM will rightfully replace OSU as the #2 team. Bet your house on it.
