Trent and Graham performances: Bengals v Eagles
Not a big fan of the guy, but Morgan Trent had a big day for the Bungles with 3 picks, 2 tackles.
Brandon Graham also showed up tonight with his first sack (yea, it's preseason, but I'm sure it was a big moment for him) as well as another TFL.
ESPN Box Score Honorable mention: Avant 1 catch, Leon Hall and Dhani Jones w/ 2 tackles each.

But the play a few later where he blew up the RB in the backfield was typical BG. Dude just got the ball and Brandon made him eat dirt, awesome play.

For those who havent seen it yet here is the hit that you are talking about.

Hopefully BG will be making plays like that all season for the Eagles

Graham looked great. The only success the Bengals had awas running away from him.
Trevor Laws (blech) picked up some of the credit because Brandon was so disruptive.

I didn't see the game. Did BG start?

Morgan Trent seriously had 3 interceptions?!
Kinda hard to believe after the product he displayed during his career at Michigan.
Anyways, the info is much appreciated! I don't watch a ton of NFL games, especially preseason, so the Michigan update is nice to see.

Surprise that Morgan Trent did so well and I think BG will have a very good career in the NFL with the Eagles.

One thing he has is speed, and you can't coach that. If Trent found himself in the right system, he could be a decent perrformer.
When he was at UM, my friend always said his speed "only got him out of position faster".

Your friend is dumb.

There was one time when a Bengal lineman was actually blocking Graham the entire play. I was seriously shocked.

BG was just feeling sorry for them. It's only pre season ya know. Let the other team's scrubs feel good about themselves for one play at least, LOL.

Where was that your whole Michigan career?
August 21st, 2010 at 11:32 AM ^
has Trent made the Opening Day roster yet? performances like a 3 pick exhibiton game certainly bode well, but lets not get crazy.
good to hear BG looked like hisself at this level. will need to catch the replay.

I'm just happy when a Michigan player does well in the NFL. It's helps perception of M. Especially if it's a player that played under RR. As long as they don't badmouth him that is. Recruits will see they can come to Michigan and still succeed in the NFL.

I thought Trent looked good. I'm still shocked he is on an NFL roster, but he must be working hard, so good for him.
I missed the BG sack was it on Mike Vick?
BTW Mike Kafka looked awful, his interception was worse than the wounded duck Vick tossed.

..but BG and Vick both play for the Eagles. They scrimmaged against the Bengals last night.
Anyway, it was in the 3rd quarter with about 10 min to go.
3rd and 2 at CIN 29(Shotgun) J.O'Sullivan sacked at CIN 25 for -4 yards (B.Graham).
