Those who stay

Are champions. Love every single one of these guys, but especially Junior who was actually playing in the Horror.

Thank you team 132

"I'll wear the winged helmet for the last time tonight. Me and my teammates have been called losers, unathletic, disappointments, incapable, and embarrassments amongst other things over the past 3 years. Tonight that changes. Tonight, we will be given the opportunity to be called "champions". And those who stay...will be"

A prophet, he is.

There was a thread about this earlier after they got the Sugar Bowl bid but just a reminder that M joins an elite list who's won all four "majors." Oh ... and fun fact: Michigan and Ohio are the last two Sugar Bowl winners AND Gator Bowl losers, shady Ohio Sugar eligibility situation aside.

Junior makes me so proud to be a part of team 132's season. From the hurricane death storm to the darkness of the trash tornado. The destruction of Ohio and finally the sweet taste of BCS sugar.

It feels weird that everything that happened this season actually happened in 1 season. The arrival of Brady Hoke & co., Death storm, UTL, trash tornado wasteland, the Iowa city refusal of all things righteous, then the string of games that was the Illini impotence, the cornhusker confusion, the death of the devils, and then the sugar sweet taste of fried turkey tonight; what a season. What a year.

...a hard game to watch, and will be even more difficult to watch on replay. But as Hoke would say, it's good to win a football game. Good job by the seniors.

I really thought it looked like Coale caught that ball in OT. Bullet dodged!

If you had told me before the game we'd have under 185 yards of offense and still win, I'd have said you were nuts! Football can be a crazy game. This one proved it.

no way on the coale catch. as soon as i saw the replay i could tell he trapped it. basically the same call as the va tech INT that got overturned as well.

but it's all inconsequential now. go blue!

I think this might be my favorite M team ever. I know they didn't win the B1G or the National Championship, but the personality, character, and heart they have shown puts them right at the top of my list.

i was pulling for rvb for the mvp, but can't argue with junior as the selection. great job by the seniors keeping the team focused enough to come out with a win. may not have been pretty, but the final score is all that matters. go blue!!!

I was thinking of the '84 Tigers and the tag line "Bless You Boys" that was everywhere that summer. That sums up how I feel about team 132.

Go Blue!

A team of effort and heart and will that refused to lose, that won at least 2 games this year on that alone.  I've seen many (truthfully most) a Michigan team with lots more talent, but very few with more will and effort.

They have started us back to where we belong gentlemen, and let us always hold this team in our memories as the uber example of what effort and will can produce.  Let's get more athletic talent and keep that example of what the concept of team is all about!

I do NOT want this season to end, I can't remember such an amazing all-around season since '97.  From the MANBALL debut to the ridiculous UTL game, to the numerous dominating blowouts, defensive re-birth, end of the ohio streak, and a BCS victory.  It'll be tough to ever love another Michigan team as much as this one.
