Dawson has played a lot better since his injury - I will give him that.  He was like GR3 where he drifted in and out of games and entire weeks.  Now he is playing with purpose.  Still absolutely no game outside of 4 feet but he has elite athleticism at the college level and basically is saving MSU tonight and vs Harvard.

Kentucky on a run

Gary Harris for a lottery pick has been nowhere today.  Valentine for being a late season sophomore and a coach's son is doing nothing - Valentine at UM would probably be declaring for the draft in a few weeks; he has all the tools but plays like a bonehead.

Virginia's offense is awful

Virginia is missing all of their bunnies.

UVA's been putting up awful shots in the last 5 minutes.  Can't keep doing that against this team.

Don't think UVA comes back from down 7 here.  Shooting horrid.  Perhaps all that defensive effort just means its difficult to find your legs on offense.  They have no answer for Dawson.

Can Dawson make a shot outside 2 feet?  I realize he has like 20 points in each of the last 2 games, but all of them are layups and dunks.   Thats a serious question though, does he have a jumper?  Would it be good strategy to play off of him and make him shoot?

What was the UVA coach yelling?  I got "What the hell was that?"  But I could not get the rest.

UVA is sort of where Bo Ryan was 3-4 years ago.  You find a few guys like Kaminsky and Dekker and they take the next step.  They have no one to feed on offense - Harris is their main guy and is 5-13.  They don't have a Kaminsky to dump it into all day.  Frankly they play way better defense than Wiscy.

UVA must be in single digits in shooting by now.

Go UVA, you're in the bonus - exploit that

Very strange no call to call sequence there... A lot of bodies flying around.  No Harrell is bad news for Louisville.  I'm coming around on the idea that we match up better with KY though.  They are just not smart players, and with a one day break I think Beilein will prove that Calipari is an awful coach.  Hope they can pull it off.

I'm genuinely happy to catch both of these games - so entertaining.
