Humor is the best medicine..... although, its kinda late for medicine....
RIP Mr. Lane
I'm more saddened that his son, daughter, brother, and best friends were already dead. Guess you have to have to a good sense of humor after those losses.
Yes, but survived by a wife, 3 kids and 7 grandchildren, per the cut off portion of the obit. He had some wins in his life too.
The "decided to move to the afterlife" line made me smile. If one believes in an afterlife, I suppose it's nice to know there will be a few familiar faces there.
Does Happy Valley have no afterlife?
The afterlife .... at least for me .... was life after my 4 years of undergrad.
PSU was a great place to go to college, IMO. State College is a great place to visit for a couple days post-college. IMO, though, it would be a horrible place to actually live as an adult.
Anyway, to answer your question: "no."
Saw that too. Awful to think about a man only 75 losing two of his kids.
A little OT: Anyone else find those obituary sites to be ad-heavy and annoying? It would be nice to visit one of them and not have to have hundreds of scripts run just to see the content. Oh, well.
MGOBLITUARY is the worst of them all.
Are the ads for Russian hookers or for coffins, headstones, urns and cremation services?
hookers and blow.... you know, coping mechanisms.
As an University of Arizona alum, I am also looking forward to the investigation regarding the murder at Arizona stadium last year.
The worst part of it if you're an Arizona fan, I suppose, must be that it was brazen and unashamed - the Sun Devils offed you right where you stood. Even after all that, the investigation seems to be mired in dead ends and incomplete accounts. Rather remarkable, I would say.
Hahaha, good on his member who wrote it to have a few last laughs "with" him.
Now that's talent. I'm still alive and mine can't even type.
Despite all of it’s troubles college football remains the best sport because of people like Clair.
I can almost guarantee I would have liked that guy.
