Georgia lost to a crummy Nebraska and LSU struggled with a crummy Iowa. If OU holds on and FSU smokes Auburn like I'm pretty sure they will, the dialogue might change next year.
Heck, they might even let a non-SEC team in the four team playoff next year

If Auburn wins, the rest of the SEC could go o-fer and ESPN would still go off and running about "WOW SEC. NINETEEN STRAIGHT NATIONAL TITLES. SO GUD". If they perform ok and Auburn loses, the storyline changes significantly

i've watched them a few times this year. and they don't look as dominant this year; especially after seeing them in person. i realize they are good, but not quite as good as last year. they may still be the best team in the nation; just not quite as good as prior years.
