The site that took over Lucky's that we've been telling you about on the podcasts for a year is now a fully functioning battle station capable of taking out entire planets, or being a really awesome workspace with its own chef and amenities.

A Parking Deal: $50 in, $50 back

Venue is coming out of the gate with a great parking offer. Pay $50 to park in their lot and receive a $50 gift card. Essentially, it’s a park for free offer and a great way to try their food (5 restaurant lines) and beverages (full bar with handcrafted cocktails).

Do you know what would be a helpful marketing exercise? Having a straight forward description of what this place is and what it does. Is it a workplace? Is it an event hall? Is it a food venue?

Hi William. Yes, the $50 cash for parking and then receive a $50 Venue gift card (for food and beverage) is on. Parking will be first come first serve, but for sure come join us! The restaurant will be open at 9am for coffee and pastries. Then at 11am the full menu will be available.

Thanks,

Jeff

There is an 8,500 sq ft kitchen that provides enough space for 5 different restaurants to produce individual menus, each for a specific cuisine.

There is a digital app that allows a person or a group of people to order from any of the menus at the same time.

There is a full scale bar with an extensive menu of wines, draft beer, bottled beer, craft cocktails, etc.

The bar offerings are also part of the digital app.

There is seating for 250 people inside and (soon) will seat about 150-200 outside

There is a food truck that will be used as the outdoor bar.

There is a dedicated event space that can seat 100.

There are 17,500 sq ft of co-working spaces and private offices. This is separate and apart from the dining space.

It's not a food hall or an event hall; it's not 33,000 sq ft of space that is used for a bunch of different things in a chaotic fashion. It's 33,000 sq ft of space that was divided for the specific purposes noted above; there are a number of ways these spaces overlap...happy hour comes to mind (the gathering spot is in close proximity to the work space.)

In a post COVID-19 world, the way the space is designed seems to make sense to most people.

Hope that helps.

I had wondered the same thing as the OP (give or take some snarky tone), so genuinely thanks for clarifying.

This writeup should honestly be the first thing on the (your?) company's website; I spent 20 minutes scrolling through the site and accompanying social media pages and still was unsure what exactly the space was for (is it an all-inclusive workspace? Are restaurants available to the public or just for guests? etc.)

It's a snazzy site full of a lot of buzzwords, in desperate need of an "about" page with a concise breakdown like you've provided.

Interesting question about the app and viewing the menu. Currently we have quite a bit of app functionality that we have suspended. If you download the app right now you will basically have the opportunity to just view the menu. That's basically our "safe mode." As I mentioned in an earlier response, we are just starting the next round of development that will be primarily based on stakeholder navigation - our customers and our employees. That process will probably yield a lot of changes in terms of presentation, be less "markety," be more focused on customer navigation needs, and also incorporate some of the app functionality we have developed but want to integrate gradually into the overall experience.

100% open to the public

Sincere thanks for the user navigation feedback. Its a somewhat difficult concept to explain (I get the confusion) but my experience has been that people "get it" pretty easily once they are inside the space. That said - now that the pressing issue of construction is just about in the rear view mirror, we are diving back into user navigation/experience on a number of fronts.

This space is 100% available and open to the public.

Be assured that your feedback will be shared with the marketing types and used to make improvements.  Again, sincere thanks for the time you took to check it out and share your thoughts.

Some free advice (that might be worth what you're paying) from someone who owns an ad agency and works exclusively with local businesses...

If your messaging is not allowing prospective customers to be able to determine what your business is or what it does or answer the question "what's in it for me?" you need to change your messaging.

Confusing messaging will most likely keep you from maximizing the number of people who actually get to your location and see the inside of your space.
