Nothing says college hoops like women working a pole as Snoop showers them with dollar bills. WTF?!  Too much, too funny!

Fuck getting off your lawn.  Imma pull up a chair with some scotch and cooler full of beer

that’s really .... I mean ..... just no.  No.

Id be embarrassed if Michigan did this.  The mothers of these recruits are okay with this being KU basketball culture?

Wow, that’s one way to say FU to the NCAA. I’m going out on a limb here and saying Kansas knows they are not getting out of the impending doom and are going to go out with a bang,

I believe Isaiah Todd is taking his official there this weekend.

He is a 5 star recruit who just visited Michigan last weekend and had nothing but good things to say about the visit.

Since 2013 Kansas vs Michigan postseason success:

2013: KU: Sweet 16 (loss to UM) UM: National Runner up

2014: KU: Second Round UM: Elite Eight

2015: KU: Second Round UM: N/A

2016: KU: Elite Eight UM: First Round

2017: KU: Elite Eight UM: Sweet 16

2018 KU: Final Four UM: National Runner up

2019: KU: Second Round UM: Sweet 16

We have outperformed them 4 of the last 7 years. That money cannon isn’t working too well for Mr. Self

If OP wouldn't have said this was Kansas, I would immediately jumped to a Louisville conclusion.  The sad thing is that people will praise KU for getting Snoop to perform.  Nobody will care about the strippers or the dollar bills - small change for teams like Kansas, anyway.

BTW, I'm not a fan of rap so neg if you want - but has Snoop released any new stuff recently, or is he still getting attention for music he made 15-20 years ago and his inability to stop talking about weed?

That’s a big fat FUCK YOU to the NCAA if I’ve ever seen one.

My guess: they know the end is near, so they’re going balls to the wall and living their best life before the axe can finally come down on their necks.

I have no problem with strippers, in fact I’m very fond of helping young ladies pay for college. I have no problem with Snoop or the rap music. But come on Kansas, time and place. This is ridiculously stupid and inappropriate. When are these “sanctions” going to be handed down?

Again, schools and ADs have enough money to pay for Snoop Dogg and a laser-light strip club scene but "oh, the amateurism!" when we talk about putting a couple of those bucks into the players' hands.

I'll bite:

Objectifying women is the Victorian value that KU is apparently aligning itself with. The fact that you think that people here are appalled by sexuality rather than the objectification of people demonstrates that you're not understanding the criticism.

It's problematic enough that it's culturally acceptable in the U.S. to treat higher education like Animal House. This attitude is why there are so many sexual assaults on college campuses.

This is like when you do something really bad when you’re nine years old, and you think telling a joke about it will get you out of punishment, but it only makes things worse.
