SB Nation's Top 100 Games of the Season

Submitted by skurnie on

You can start at the beginning here. Interesting list that was (mostly) fun to read through and remember this season.

Michigan Games:

#96 Utah vs Michigan

#82 Michigan vs Indiana

#42 Michigan vs Minnesota

#7 That thing that happened on October 17th.

Here's the thing, if that last play that didn't happen actually doesn't happen and it's just a standard punt and a Failed Mary, does that game make the top 100? It was a pretty ho hum game, other than that play and the Lewis/Burbridge battle.

Shows the disrespect yet again. If a school with a real football program wins that game it's for sure higher than #7. You can't tell me if Bama won that way it wouldn't be #1.

My god I cannot wait to beat MSU in East Lansing this year. I'd love to be in visitors' locker room right before Michigan takes the field that day. The shit that Harbaugh will say to get the team ready to go will be magical. I hope he reminds them of what happened in 2015, as lucky as they were to beat us. That will just piss off our guys even more and give them extra motivation.

96. UTAH 24, MICHIGAN 17 (SEPT. 3)

We forget about this as the two faded in the second half of the season.

I don't remember Michigan "fading" in the 2nd half of the season. I recall losing a fluke game to Michigan State and yes getting destroyed by Ohio State.

But destroying SEC East Champ Florida and finishing ranked #12 with a record of 10-3 is not fading by any stretch.
