I'm not seeing anything on Ron English's Twitter.
Considering that he still has mgoblue has his website and his picture is one of him in Michigan gear, something doesn't seem right about him using his facebook page for that.

I don't think leaving a DII program is in the same ballpark as leaving a DI program. DII coach to DI coordinator (especially BCS conference) makes sense to me. I think it's much more rare to see DI head coach leave to take a DI coordinator position.

This sounds sort of like Greg Robinson's track record before become our defensive coordinator, except:
- Greg Robinson had a better record as head coach; and
- Greg Robinson had perfected the art of "touching players" by rubbing stuffed animals on them.

he is leaving. Friend of mine talked with him recently and he is not likely to leave for a coordinator job when he is head coach. He is also optimistic about the upcoming season, so doubt there is much validity to this.

If Ron English is hired, and we have a same or worse year as a team, no children or women will be spared nuclear holocaust. Brian's recent dispute will seem like a smokebomb to the amount of vitriol that will be spewed. Hoke and English?! That's is the best we could do?! I am alright on Hoke for now, but if English is hired, I cannot help but think that DB is stuck in some kind of glass case of stupidity.
