You guys are right, I should like baseball. Over 100 games at over 3 hours each. That's exciting stuff. Pitch one ball... 10 minutes later after the pitcher tries to throw out the guy at first twice and we get a second pitch... another ball? If that's not entertainment then I don't know what is. The only exciting part about a baseball game is the homeruns, and that's a pretty short lived excitement. The 100+ game season is what kills it for me.
Lets make sure you post about your opinion as much as possible.
Or, we can admit that we have different sports we like and move on.
Pitching duels like tonight are the best to watch. :D
Maybe you'll learn to appreciate the game in the future. It's a little hard to get into at first I'll admit. But don't give up on it, it's a great game.
I'd rather sit at my computer and photoshop a hamster and a dinosaur together.
If I wasn't so exhausted right now, I would take the outline of a baseball and put "Worst Sport Ever" inside of it.

1996. The Wings were playing the St. Louis Blues in the Stanley Cup Playoffs. I'm watching the game with a group of friends. The scoring is tight. We were all on the edge of our seats. You could cut the intensity with a knife...SUDDENLY!...ESPN cuts to a fu**en BASEBALL game because Dwight FU**EN Gooden is pitching a no hitter! ARRRGGGGH! WTF!
Have you any idea how long it takes for a pitcher to deal a single pitch? ( /rhetorical ) Let alone get three guys out? We were all losing our fu**en minds. Every pitch someone in the room would yell out something like: "HOMERUN!" OR "FU**EN HIT IT!"
By the time Gooden finished his no-no the Wings had scored. We were happy the Wings had scored to be sure, but we were pissed as hell about missing the playoffs for a no hitter by a guy who didn't even play for our team.
Moral of the story....NHL playoffs > anything baseball related

I love the Tigers as much as the next guy, but this is playoff hockey. Game 7 no less. Do you honestly think FSD is gonna bump Game 7 for Tiger's game #21 of 162? Dan Dickerson and Jim Price do a fine job calling a Tiger's game if you don't have FSN plus.
I was saying at least bump them...to an alternate channel. They have done it before. I'm just not a hockey fan at all...never have been.
Really? I'm as big a Tigers fan as I am a Wings fan, and I'm pretty sure I'd be irritated if FS Detroit DIDN'T have the playoff game on.
