the just released schedules were a flat-out statement that the B10 doesn't believe SOS will matter in playoff selection

a game last year. There was one against a team called Ohio State. I think I'll take a QB that completes 14/17 for 170 and 3 TDs with 160 rushing and 2 more TDs in the biggest game on our schedule last year. Look, I get Denard hasn't been superman this year. He got knocked around by Alabama, had his worst game of his carrer at ND, got stiffled by MSU (though he made plays he needed to in crunch time), and got hurt against Nebraska. He has had a disappointing season so far. But so had the whole offense. We have a bitch of a road schedule this year, with a downgrade at several positions on the OL, no ground game outside of Denard, and few consistent playmakers. We also haven't caused near the same ammount of turnovers this year as last, so not being set up for easy scores.
I really do believe Devin can be a big time player next year, he seems to fit abit better in what Borges sees as his offense. But Denard has 3 years of experience and playing in big games and can pick up big gash plays when our offense has stalled. He gives us the best chance to win our remaining games. Sometimes I think people play down Denard for the simple fact that he isnt on one of our perenial star ladden teams. I just hope everyone sits back and enjoys these last few months, because im not sure we'll ever see anything like Denard at Michigan again.

certain that the coaching staff actually liked Witty enough to offer him a scholarship not dependant on where Denard had went. |

Say the Wings get Suter and one of Semin/Ryan/Nash. Would they be any type of position next year to get Weber when he potentially becomes a UFA? |

Michigan isnt the 2 seed is if they lose to Penn State and OSU beats MSU.
B. Multiple team tie: 1. Results of head-to-head competition during the regular-season. a. When comparing records against the tied teams, the team with the higher winning percentage shall prevail, even if the number of games played against the team or group are unequal (i.e., 2-0 is better than 3-1, but 2-0 is not better than 1-0). Michigan, OSU, and MSU are all 1-1 vs each other if OSU beats MSU. 2. If the remaining teams are still tied, then each tied team's record shall be compared to the team occupying the highest position in the final regular-season standings, continuing down through the standings until one team gains an advantage. Wisconsin will be the 4th seed. MSU is 2--0 vs Wisconsin. Michigan is 1-0 vs Wisconsin. OSU is 1-1. OSU is third place. Then it goes to Indiana/Purdue. We split with both, MSU swept Purdue. MSU first, Michigan 2nd.

Played football in HS on the west side of the state. Noseguard and guard. Coach offensive line/defensive line and defensive coordinator at the JV level where I played. Played a couple years of baseball and basketball, was not very good. |

also put up 41 reps on the bench. I thought I saw it somewhere yesterday, but its official. He bested the 2nd guy by 9 reps.
Good to see JR, Molk, and Martin killing it at the combine. |

but they dont give out the heisman to a DB who isnt even the best DB on his team. While Mathieu had a great season on special teams and had a knack for big plays on defense, I dont think youll see a defensive player win it unless he plays a little offense as well. |

sparty of you. |

and Williams to LT. Williams doesnt have the build to lock up with DTs and drive them, which is what Hoke and Borges are gonna want to be as a base offense in the future. |

They might have been talking about the single wing offense, AKA the wildcat. |
| 1 year 31 weeks ago | are you sure? |
I seem to remember Jake Ryan coming from behind and punching the ball out of the RBs hands on Averys TD return. |

has got to control his emotions better. Hes one hell of a exciting player, but if he doesnt cut out some of the extra stuff after the whistle or ball being thrown, hes going to keep getting fined and penalized. What Mankins did deserved a fine too, but Suh taking a shot at Mankins face also deserves one. |

has had a special teams coach every year of the RR era. It just turns out that Gibson sucked at everything he did. (Although our special teams weren't terrible outside of field goals.) |

just take one less scholarship player in the '13 class. |
| 1 year 47 weeks ago | Saw him in the state playoffs vs my highschool team |
He was pretty good, but I honestly thought he was the second best RB on that Lansing-Sexton team. Not a huge loss for Sparty IMO. |
| 1 year 49 weeks ago | Depends |
when its HS vs HS it usually is with a center. It probably is no center with the camps and the like. |
| 1 year 49 weeks ago | 7 on 7 |
QB, RB, Center, TE, WR, WR,WR. There can be variations depending on offense. All the skill players.
Mike, Will, Sam, field corner, boundary corner, strong and free safety.
7 on 7 is used to develope skill players. We use it to learn route combos, work on technique, and most importantly it gives your QB and center more opportunity to work with each other.
I think people want to get ahead of the game before 7 o n 7 becomes too much like AAU. |
| 1 year 49 weeks ago | not terrible |
Alot better than the mden pic. Lots less stripes. |
| 1 year 50 weeks ago | I could be wrong |
but I think that falls under a voluntary time committment. Stonum can choose to do the early morning workouts, or he can choose not to. Just like Hoke can choose to let him back if he does it, or choose not to if he doesnt.
I assume its just like summer workouts. If your not showing up, your not working at getting better, and hence you might forfeit playing time because of it. The only thing is the coaches can't say you have to be there . I think the saying goes something like showing up is voluntary, and so is playing time. |

I really like their draft so far. Got a LT of the future that can also play LG this year and got the playmaker they need in the return game and in the slot. I called them trading out of the first for a team looking for a QB, and that was about to happen with the Bengals, and with that pick they would take Cobb in the second. It might have turned out better since they got a good player at 32 and Cobb at 64. Now just need to find a OG/OLB/ and a S or CB. |
