I can't believe we are a 17 point favorite over Purdue. Man, times have changed.
Purdue is awful this year, but yeah times are good!
* not this MSU:
but this MSU:
Cincy is a totally different team since they were taken to the woodshed by Xavier -- they haven't lost in 6 weeks now. I would not be at all surprised to see them pull the upset at the Yum Center.
Should be a good game to keep an eye on. Even though they aren't the same team as last year, it would be nice for Indiana to not have any momentum as we have to go to Assembly Hall in a few days.
Well, it is hopeful indeed - Massey gives us a 93% win probability and an 80-65-ish median score, which I could believe all other things being equal here. I do have a good feeling about this game despite the fact that sometimes trying to predict the Big Ten is an exercise in futility when it comes to hoops lately.
I would like to see Cincinnati join the Big Ten, my only reason... to give OSU an instate rival to deal with every year.
They're too small of a program, I think.
I know it's not a great fit, however if there was another Big Ten school in Ohio to give some of those kids a choice. It would water down the Big 10 but it would alos make OSU deal with an instate school like Michigan has too.
Which is why it'd never happen. Doesn't bring a tv market and ohio has made it clear they don't want anything to do with cincy
Home teams have struggle this week. Don't think we'll see a struggle tonight...
*throws salt over shoulder
*furiously knocks wood
I'm interested to see how the Purdue center Hammons deals with Morford. Last year, as a freshman, he got pushed around by our bigs.
Ouch. Getting shut down, big time, at home.
I'm guessing this will be another Michigan game were we miss the tip. That's one reason why I hate 9 o'clock games!
God I hope not. Been looking forward to this game. Seems like forever since we played.
LOL Cincy are about to blow this.
No dis to KenPom, but I think Vegas has this one closer to 10-11.
Shout out to Coach B? I'll take it as good juju
Lets see 8:23 left in this game, 15 minutes till tip off. Plus being a close game, I can see this game lasting tii 9:15. Son of a Bitch
They're averaging 1.3 turnovers per minute in the IU/Nebraska game.
BEAT the Boilers!
Two wild threes banked in off re glass for IU. Pretty ugly game with Neb here.
I have a feeling this game is gonna end up being a little bit closer than 17 but I still think we get it done.

Here's the streaming link I'm using!
Just in case anyone has problems, here are a few more feeds^
Check ESPNEWS at 9:05.
Terone Johnson has absolutely chewed us up in the past. We shouldn't lose to Purdue, but stranger things have happened. Someone's gotta bring their big boy defense against T. Johnson and things will be fine.
Game will start on ESPN News at 9:07

At least we know Doris isn't calling the game
ever again after the Champ game. Even in football, I don't like them anymore.
Despite Purdue's struggles the last few years, they still always manage to shoot well against us, unfortunately. Hopefully that's not the case tonight.
As a fan who wants this game to end I'm fine with UL not fouling there, but I don't really get their POV in doing that. Cincy could run it down to three and put the game out of reach in that scenario.
"Rip balls away from other players"?! Oooh, that's hurts just to think about it!
Fuck your interviews put on my game
Why are there always so many empty lower section seats? I know weather plays a factor, but come on. Have noticed this the last few games....
This is what a slow start looks like
Our student section is so weak.
I don't know if it is the increase in prices or what but its embarrassing.
